It really comes down to do you stand with President Donald Trump or perennial presidential candidate Ron (Rand) Paul ?

Libertarians always lose and hurt the party they draw votes from. One plank of the Trump and Republican agenda was utterly defeated and Obamacare will survive. The next deal is with the Democrats, when they are ready (depending on polls leading up the midterms or midterm results).

I've been saying for weeks that the next deal is with Democrats and Republicans alike. When insurance carriers send out their 2018 renewals with massive hikes in their premiums later this year, members of Congress from both parties will be falling all over themselves to come up with something far more comprehensive (and effective) than this sorry pile of nothing that we saw in the AHCA.

Go back and look at the health care proposal Trump ran on during his campaign. The AHCA was a pathetic mockery of his original proposal.
