Is it normal for outgoing administrations to gather intelligence information from NSA, FBI, and other spy agencies on incoming administrations then unmask names and spread the information throughout government?

This is the slippery slope begun when Obama spied on AP reporters, James Rosen from FOX News and his family, and others then was not held to account. The rule of law has been shredded.

There's a side line to this....Obama signed an EO saying all these groups can share.....which makes it hard to delete everything if it has been shared.

I think Nunes did the right and proper thing by going to Trump directly...despite others saying....you can't do that.
