Members of the intelligence community collected ‘incidental’ communications of the Trump transition team during legal surveillance operations, producing ‘dozens’ of reports which eventually unmasked several individuals’ identities and which were ‘widely disseminated,’ a top lawmaker said Wednesday afternoon. House Intelligence Chairman Rep. Devin Nunes, R-Calif., said none of the reports he had read mentioned Russia or Russians and he was unsure whether the surveillance occurred at Trump Tower. Nunes also was unsure if then President-elect Trump was captured by the surveillance, which occurred in November, December and January. “I recently confirmed on numerous occasions the intelligence community incidentally collected intelligence,” Nunes said.

He sits down to take care of importantant business, and WHAM !!, an incidental is is.
It was collected by the intelligence community.. you KNOW comey knew this when he lied about it in the hearings. He said there was NO evidence Trump was listened to. Trey Goudy reminded comey that it was a felony and the years in prison for the crime.
This was not done by a repairman.. it was done by the orders of obama.. he is the one capable of this.. he is the one who was losing his place in the office and he wanted to keep Trump out of his seat. He wanted to save his lousy legacy at any cost. He is the one who stood to gain from this crime. And he has stretched his ‘passabilities’ a long time ago. They should have impeached him .. it would have sent him the message he needed to reduce his self importance.

Comey is soooooo screwed. Think Marcy Park. I really don’t think the guy is stable....and you may quote me....he will resign within the week.
The Surveillance State has created a too cute method of "legally" collecting what would other wise be illegal wiretaps / surveillance. They get a "legal" wiretap for one thing, then claim to accidentally pick up other conversations that have nothing to do with the original legal fig leaf of a warrant. Then they "accidentally" unmask persons who shouldn't be under surveillance in the first place and "accidentally" turn over the transcripts to the MSM. These surveillance agencies need to be terminated. They are out of control and they are *not* protecting the American people. They are now nothing more than a political weapon.
Bet Trump had the upper hand and “did a little planting” in the Tower. Something that only he and two others would know about. It’s how you catch a liar.
Now, where does Comey go from here??
Technically, Trump never said “phones tapped.” He said “wires tapped.” The difference is subtle, but I think significant.
The information gathered by Obama was to be used by “President Clinton” to destroy Mr. Trump, his businesses, family and associates.
Be careful. I don’t have the transcript but just re-watched Comey’s answer to one question about whether Trumps tweets were correct, and Comey’s response was “I have no information that supports those tweets, and we have looked carefully inside the FBI”.
So now let’s analyze and parse, Clinton-style:
1. “I” - not “we” or “the FBI”. Plausible deniability. Comey said he personally has no informaton, not that such information doesn’t exists even inside the FBI.
2. “Supports those tweets” - refers to the specific language Trump used. This could get into another set of minutia, but for example, it could be the definition of “wiretap” vs. some other form of surveillance, the previous discussion about whether Obama “ordered” it, etc. Lots of loopholes.
3. “looked carefully”. That’s a weasel-word just like saying “as far as I know” or “to my best knowledge”. If such evidence becomes known in the future Comey would not be accused of lying, just of not “looking carefully” enough.
Comey’s a lawyer and you don’t get to be head of FBI without being not only smart but also shrewd. He knows many things we can’t even guess at, including other investigations that may be ongoing that intersect with this one. He also knows testimony before Congress must be factual, but that does not prevent him from choosing his words very carefully, which I’m certain he did.
Yesterday Morning Joe called Trump a liar. Will he retract?
I believe we have about as good a chance of that as we do learning what really happened to his former female staff member Lori Klausutis.

And we already know that GCHQ uses American intelligence programs, like PRISM, to "get around" their privacy laws, thanks to Snowden.
Most likely, our own political leaning intelligence guys, weren't worried about breaking any laws to spy on Trump's team, but if they were, how convenient that the Brit's owe them a favor.
Definitely makes sense why Obama changed the rules on who had access to this intel before he left office. It was to guarantee that all illegally "unmasked names" made it to the propaganda media.
No matter how you spin ‘tapped’ it’s obvious that Trump was under surveillance by the Obama admin and not related to any of this made up Russia garbage. The Russia stuff is just to obfuscate the illegal activities of the Dems. This is a huge scandal bigger than Watergate with a coverup that’s trying to press us into war with Russia. Crazy!
If it turns out they tapped optical fibers (very difficult, I know) the fake-news MSM will say it proves Trump is a liar.
Ditto if they tapped wireless communications.
If you’re under surveillance, I’m talking to you, and my half of the conversation isn’t recorded, your half is useless because there’s no context. Hence, the Trump campaign had to be the target of the surveillance, with the other party being included as either a cover or an excuse.
