The Surveillance State has created a too cute method of "legally" collecting what would other wise be illegal wiretaps / surveillance. They get a "legal" wiretap for one thing, then claim to accidentally pick up other conversations that have nothing to do with the original legal fig leaf of a warrant. Then they "accidentally" unmask persons who shouldn't be under surveillance in the first place and "accidentally" turn over the transcripts to the MSM. These surveillance agencies need to be terminated. They are out of control and they are *not* protecting the American people. They are now nothing more than a political weapon.
As you inferred, "US Persons" began to enter the tapped conversations. Someone within the NSA leaked these names out to their favorite liberal media dirt bags. I believe Comey was probably being truthful in his testimony. We will soon know it was the NSA behind this mess. Unless Trump himself decides to not reveal the real conspirators.

The irony is that the CIA, established to coordinate the diverse intelligence agencies, soon transitioned to Black Operations. It began to intervene in the political scene in other nations and utilized many of the weapons the domestic Left uses: protest marches, blackmail and extortion of major political figures, propagandizing the masses. Even assassination. Now it is using the same techniques against Trump.
