South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham on Tuesday questioned Supreme Court nominee Neil Gorsuch about what it would take to impeach President Trump.
The Republican senator used a portion of his time for questions at the Senate Judiciary Committee's hearing to probe Gorsuch about the impeachment process.

He’s hinting at a novel interpretation of high crimes and misdemeanors, in my opinion, which very well could land in the Supreme Court.

There is not such a document. So he would have been rendered a fraudulent candidate. His Presidency could have been annulled.

What you’ve been taught regarding Civil War history was far more clear cut than in actuality. There were quite a few Union soldiers from states that seceded. Most of Appalachia opposed secession. Look up the use of the word “bushwhacker” in relation to the Civil War in the south.
