Great coaching and player development!!!

People who should never be in charge of anything are in charge of everything (except where DJT has taken action).

The NCAA can just...oh, do something they find extremely punishing and unpleasant.

Reminds me of the movie Hoosiers. Duke sucks anyway.

According to ESPN Duke players didn’t know where to pee or how to pee. Standing, sitting or on one leg.

My wife a great sociologist said SC made 18 out of 20 FT in 3nd half. I’ll go with the old girl.

NCAA plays games in Cuba and China and then talks cheap about their commitment to “rights”.

The ball must go in the basket for your team more than the opponents team. If your score is less than your opponents score at the end of regulation, you lose.

You would think that Duke would understand this.

Duke and North Carolina have played the vast majority of their 1st and 2nd round games within their state since forever.

It’s nice for them to find out how the “other half” lives.

The article notes this is one of the reasons for Duke's demise in the tourney.

It is the first time in a while Duke has had to play their opening games outside of North Carolina.

I guess Duke can't win if it plays away from it's friendly confines.

Can’t North Carolina pass a ban on the NCAA receiving any money generated by NCAA Schools in the state until the NCAA stops it’s punitive economic action?

States need to start going after the NCAA in every way possible. Levy a 75% privilege surcharge on any revenue going to the NCAA. After all the NCAA benefits from NC investments in infrastructure etc.

The other guys scored more points than they did.

So what, life goes on. No one wants to lose but it was their turn, and those other guys weren't going to just go away.

Be a good sport and shake hands with the other team and then take your seniors out for a good meal after the game and tell them thanks for the memories.

Can someone tell me why UNC hasn’t gotten the death penalty yet?

Duke’s strength is when they make their shots.
Duke’s weakness is when they miss.

S.Carolina’s strength is when they make their shots.
Their weakness is when they miss.

Duke’s weakness was prominently on display.
S. Carolina’s strength was much in evidence.
That particular night.

People will insist it’s more complicated. I insist that it is more complicated only if you want it to be.

South Carolina played 2 home games. It’s difficult for any team to win on the road, even Duke. I’m not a Duke fan either.

Behind the scenes public relations gurus, talking heads, and sports operatives, and a mindless, biased media convinced the sports junkies and causal fans of the game, that Duke was a much better team than they really are, despite the obvious flaws, thereby elevating Duke to unreasonable expectations, where failure was inevitable. In short, expectations were driven by polls, which drove expectations and the belief that Duke can’t lose. Sound familiar?
