Barnes, arguing the Constitution and federal law give the president the authority to restrict entry to the country, said Trump could “always do a true Andrew Jackson,” the last president to challenge a court “usurping authority they did not have.”

Jackson’s response to the Supreme Court, in that instance, was: “Well, they’ve issued their decision; now, they can enforce it.”

The court trying to apply the religion clauses to an immigration or national defense issue....is totally wrong on the law, as any second year LS student knows. And, this simple fact is available for the judge to look up ... in the constitution, in precedent cases, and in statutory law...as well as several excellent Constitutional Law commentaries of high esteem, respect.

Based on the above, it does not seem possible that
ANY judge could be this stupid.
therefore, he must be on the take or otherwise controlled or sold out to the enemy?????? or?????

The problem with the Andrew Jackson approach is that Trump would have to get several agencies to ignore a court ruling and act on his orders. They’re not likely to do that. Jackson simply refused to lift a finger in response to a court order. That was a whole lot easier to pull off since he didn’t have to make anyone do anything.

Trump needs to take this to the voters, and then to ask Congress to restrict the appellate jurisdiction of the federal courts, to redraw judicial boundaries, and to appoint conservative jurists.

I just don’t see Trump being horn-swaggled by this for long.

Someone has to cut-off the money.

Load Soros into a plane and send him to a country that has an outstanding warrant.

Then tackle the loony judges. Impeach them and get rid of the life-time employment guarantees.

DJT should do this and just say
"Hey judge - you don't have access to the classified briefings that I do. MY FIRST PRIORITY TO THE AMERICAN PEOPLE THAT ELECTED ME IS PROTECTION OF THE HOMELAND, and certainly NOT to foreigners who want to come here. END OF STORY - MY EO STANSD AS WRITTEN". No questions from the press will be taken.

This is impeachment bait.

Remember, both the GOP Establishment and the Dems are lying in wait for an impeachment opportunity.

The GOP Establishment would be thrilled with Pence as president, we would be back to global free trade agreements and importing cheap foreign labor.

Trump needs to get his guy on the Supreme Court and then let the Supreme Court overturn the lower court judges.

I am no expert but I thought to apply for a visa you had to have an in-person interview with a consular official. At this point, I would just make 1 appointment per day available. Just slow down the process while appealing the decision.

It’s not a religion! It’s a violent world-domination ideology cleverly disguised as a religion.

Everyone forgets that this frequently cited Jackson response was to the Supreme Court decision on the Georgia Cherokee claim episode that led to the “trail of tears”.

“Trump could ‘do an Andrew Jackson’”

Why not?
These federal district courts are overstepping their authority and `flipping off’ a coequal branch.
Tell the men in gowns, “Thanks for the opinion. I’m doing my job now.”
Or don’t tell them anything and just start sending our memos ordering action. Don’t want to do your job? Send in your resignation.
When does he start firing people?

the freedom of association

ok people, this freedom of association thing is being used by the left to justify unlimited immigration. Citizenship is not transferrable. A naturalized person does not have the right to bring his entire village over. Nor does that person have the right to expedite bringing adult children and their extended families who are fully capable of applying on their own.

Remember the credo of the 70's liberals? Use the system to break the system? We cannot allow precidents to be set that other nationalities can then legally mimic. We must return to pre-1965 quotas and preferences if we're going to save the identity of this country and protect it from wholesale "legal" invasion. And we need to do that now, snowflakes be damned.

The constitution doesn’t say the President has authority but only if every single federal judge says so.

Screw the judges. They are not the executive.
