Anyone watching Tammy Bruce and Lowry, on Chas Payne’s FoxBiz show, right now? They are discussing exactly this....the ‘three prong’ issue.
Tammy talking about how rules and regulations, going forward, will be a natural process, like with 0Care....’they won’t be able to keep their hands off of it’....
Lowry states, “those two phases, the 2nd phase is Tom Price acting administratively, is a black box, because they haven’t said ANY detail of what he’d do...”
C Payne says Tom Price will no doubt do the right thing, as he’s written much of the repeal pieces, thus far.....
Lowry fires back with....’no doubt his (Price’s) heart is in the right place, but does he have the statutory authority to do this, and will he really make enough a of difference?” “And then the third prong, which is supposedly getting stuff through the Senate with 60 votes along w/eight Dems supporting it....is a complete fantasy.”
