By tomorrow these leaning NO will be Yes and majority of No will be Yes.
We are talking about GOP. They were unable to fire Ryan.
This bill will pass in Congress.
The current NOs are all anti Ryan.
As I understood an article on Price and phase II. Obama had added many provisions to the original Obamacare bill in an attempt to make it work. Via cabinet EOs These additions can only be replaced by reversing the EOs via Price. I do wish the would make them public but apparently they must work thru the parliamentarian as they are all part of reconciliation
Some apply to other legislation and it is one reason that pure appeal is not possible. There are tentacles in many other laws Some were added to laws we do not want appealed. Therefore this bit by bit unwinding of “the mess” is the only option.
