Yes he seems at ease with adults! He’s all boy. Love it!
Yes it’s classes from your state agriculture college. (Ours is Purdue).
Most county extention offices have information.
Think we figured why he’s stayed in NYC
Both of his parents have said he’s a natural athlete
Golf, Tennis, basketball
Youth basketball league in NY ended last week
If they had told anyone he was playing basketball the court would be bombarded with media and “fans”
He needs to be able to just be a kid.
Neat. There’s so much to learn - and so many interactions to consider. I’ll check it out. how many hours of classes did you take?
I’m enjoying the commentators’ Irish accent so I’m still watching curling.
Yes he does! He’s just a little boy!
Only children usually are comfortable with adults. Technically he isn’t an only, but in reality he is.
It’ll be neat to watch him grow up.
Use your space for corn, popcorn, wheat, beans
You really don’t need much room for a salad garden or herbs
All his siblings are the age of most kids adult aunts and uncles.
He sure does love those little guys. So gentle and loving.
I’m glad he has one set of living grandparents and they are so envolved with his life. They stay with him when Melania has duties.
No nanny mama is very serious about who influences her baby. Great mom!

I can grow popcorn? That’s neat. So it’s a different variety than regular corn?
How hard is it to harvest the wheat without a machine? I would love to grow it myself. I grind wheat berries for flour, so might as well go one step further. Or one step prior
I didn’t even know her parents were in this country. That’s wonderful that they are so involved. That way she can do her first lady duties and he won’t be neglected at all. And she won’t have to wonder or worry.
I saw a special early on in the campaign that talked about how she helped him with his homework. She was there every day after school to help him. Pretty amazing at that income level.
You may have your touch set on your keyboard to light. If you don't get your finger off real fast it could repeat.
Using the same methods as our ancestors fairly easy but time consuming.
Go on line for popcorn seed. A quarter lb will give you plenty for a family. If it’s hybred you don’t have to pollenate the tassels There are NO hybrid corn except Indian corn and a few popcorn. All others have been cross pollinated and can not be grown by last year kernel/seed
Wheat is just a grass. Harvest is done in sheaves when dry the berries fall out if you use a large blanket toss in air. The shaft will blow away. There are other methods but not as fun
If you can get RUSSIAN RED wheat seed it is a heritage seed and you can keep seed from year to year Try not to get a hybrid.
Foxfire books have lots of information. So does the Internet.
LOL...only one ‘dang’, though ;-)
I am not sure Spunky. I was on the hotel computer when all the funny stuff was happening. Now back at the hotel I am staying at on my MacBook Pro.
Thinking about Barron and all your comments.
I recall being amazed that my husband’s paternal grandfather came to the USA as an immigrant .. ALONE at age 11 & roughed it out and survived. Not a rags to riches story but he was a good man and I appreciated the years I knew him and his stories of living on streets of first new york and then Cincinnati. Getting jobs, surviving.
somewhere between grandpa Schmidt and Barron is the way things maybe should be for average americans..
I wonder for the safety of all the Trump family & administration. There are simply hateful, vile people against him who want to do him harm. Scary. Our prayers for protection must be constant and sincere.
Okay. About to hit post button. (smile)
Here are a couple of sites
For wheat

This is the same popcorn that Orville plants
High yield. If you don’t pop much a packet will do
We used to put an ear in a paper bag in micro and let it pop off so you don’t have to shell it

Speaking of popcorn. Buy more popcorn. This is YUGE !

I’d like to try the Russian red. Nonhybrid seeds just seem to be the smart way to go. Even if I decide not to do the labor intensive gathering of the berries, I can collect some seeds plus watch the wheat wave in the wind :-)
No corn is nonhybrid? I have some golden bantam from Emergency Essentials that they claim is nonhybrid. I’ve only collected the seeds but haven’t grown any yet since I still have a lot left from the jumbo bags they sold. I have to admit it wasn’t a very tasty corn, not compared to the supersweet hybrids my husband got. We had to be careful with cross pollinating, but it Seem to work out OK with a different planting times.
Thanks for the links and the ideas. I have one Foxfire but, the first one. I suppose I need to find the one specifically on growing the plants I’m wondering about.
Neat - free shipping!
