Good morning all you wonderfully deplorable passengers here on the Trump Train.

If you are getting this you are a "frequent flier" .. or one of the about 50 who post to our threads (out of the about 400+ on ping list)

A few housekeeping notes:

Starting in April two folk are going to begin assisting with pinging of the lists on Wednesday (Pax et Bonum) and Saturday (Ray of Hope). I am hoping that in May that will expand to two days a week for each. If they are game.

Ping list? Most of the regulars here have no problem finding the thread. We either keep it open on our device or find it quickly with our ping page. The ping daily is primarily for the ones on the list who lurk or are just not at FR/on line often enough to find us easily. Also for the new folk who don't know about us but might find the post at "latest posts".

I am intolerant of soy. When I eat it my intestines get red, inflamed sort of like a sunburn They must rest with bland food. Lots of cheese- crackers-cereals BY noon I can live life as normal but every morning it’s the same reaction After awhile they settle down and life goes on.
Soy is just in everything margarine , mayo , whip cream , creamer,

Weston thanks for sharing your pix.. I LOVE IT. I dabbled in oils and acrylics early in my marriage when I lived in Panama(the country) as Navy family. More leisure time for art, golf, mah jong, bridge etc. CHEAP domestics and no kids.. easy peasy

My first work was a large pix of fantasy flowers.. red! It was about 48” X 24” I did it to go in our massive living room with huge high ceilings. I had red curtains across the windows at the front of our living quarters and wanted a pix to pick up on the colors, pattern.

Used throw pillows made of same fabric as curtains (yes I made them)

ah, yes OT once again. I am very good at that
