One of the reasons your flowers picture wasn't posting is that it is blocked from hot linking at the source.

The picture is in the photobucket site.
Some photos on photobucket can be linked but some people chose to block their photos to prevent linking.

Go there and move your cursor over the boxes on the right and you will see that a tab pops up showing "block" for each one.

Weston thanks for sharing your pix.. I LOVE IT. I dabbled in oils and acrylics early in my marriage when I lived in Panama(the country) as Navy family. More leisure time for art, golf, mah jong, bridge etc. CHEAP domestics and no kids.. easy peasy

My first work was a large pix of fantasy flowers.. red! It was about 48” X 24” I did it to go in our massive living room with huge high ceilings. I had red curtains across the windows at the front of our living quarters and wanted a pix to pick up on the colors, pattern.

Used throw pillows made of same fabric as curtains (yes I made them)
