First, some teams genuinely believe that he cant play. They think hes shot. Id put that number around 20 percent.
Second, some teams fear the backlash from fans after getting him. They think there might be protests or (President) Trump will tweet about the team. Id say that number is around 10 percent. Then theres another 10 percent that has a mix of those feelings.
Third, the rest genuinely hate him and cant stand what he did [kneeling for the national anthem]. They want nothing to do with him. They wont move on. They think showing no interest is a form of punishment. I think some teams also want to use Kaepernick as a cautionary tale to stop other players in the future from doing what he did.

Fail. You’re wrong.
The really remarkable thing is the San Jose Mercury News is as leftist as any rag in the U.S. For them to print an article by Cam Inman suggesting that 60% hate him for being an anti-American cretin is simply amazing. The Merc never, EVER publishes anything remotely like that.
Nobody likes him. Has his muzzie gf left him yet?
He will find some team to pick him up as a backup.
The Jets owned by Woody Johnson a true conservative and the Giants? Forget that.
lol
Not exactly.
The NFL's current pension plan applies to players who have had at least one credited season since 1993. Each season credit that a player earns adds a certain amount to his eventual monthly pension payment. Players are credited for a full season if they are on the active roster, injured reserve or physically unable to perform (PUP) list for at least three games during the regular season. Players can begin receiving this monthly pension when they reach age 55.
The league also offers an annuity program to players who have completed at least four credited seasons. The contribution amount varies by season. Players can begin receiving this benefit at age 35 if they have been out of the league for at least five years and can opt for monthly or annual payments.
The NFL also offers a plan similar to a 401(k). The Second Career Savings Plan can match up to double the amount of player contributions, with an annual maximum of $24,000 to $28,000 depending on the calendar year. Players can begin participating in the savings plan after their second credited season.
Yeah; I’m thinking the people who decide this stuff weigh the pros and cons and it’s easy to see this guy is too heavy in the negative column to be of any use to any team even if he could still play. A Quarterback must still lead his team to some extent and only those few who have zero patriotism like him would think about following him as their leader.
He’s done. Stick a fork in him. Hope his little spoiled brat and muzzie girlfriend appreciate the huge pay decrease. If he’s smart he will sell his fancy house and cars right now and move into a nice mix-race middle class neighborhood and live off what he has left and put himself on a budget and get a financial advisor to help him put what money he does have into something that will pay him quarterly then find something constructive to do until he turns 55 when he can start collecting retirement.
I wonder if the muzzie biatch who brainwashed him will stick with him after he goes from hero to zero.
I really hope the nfl is taking it on the chin because of this punk.I know I will never watch again.
I hope nothing of the sort happens and he is living on the street of this great nation that he shunned.
Thank you for the info.
** PING ** to SW from ex-submariner. ;-)
I got hooked on rugby. Them some real badasses on that pitch. Rugby is what American football wants to be when it grows up.
The fans won’t move on and shouldn’t. Sometimes it’s absolutely necessary to stand your ground. Leftist derision doesn’t matter because they are the enemy.
Radioactive...
He knelt because his not good enough and knew nobody would pick him up.Just Rolling with my homie.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CLC5voGUp0I
That’s one dedicated fool. But it’s admirable in an ugly way that he was willing to forego some $60 million in earnings for his beliefs. At least he didn’t take out any innocent bystanders.
Russell Wilson is another asshole.
Yes; I have heard this liberal leftist notion and dismiss it out of hand because I know it to be false. As I already stated; I have yet to meet anyone more racist than black people but Hispanics are a close second. Whitey is way down toward the bottom of the list IMHO. Again; I have experienced this (many times) by being on the receiving end so I know it be fact and not conjecture or even simply plausible. Fact.
Are you saying you agree with this notion or are you merely pointing out the lie itself?
Sorry about the passive aggressive way of asking. Much like asking if you still beat your wife I suppose.
doubt it, for a backup a team wants a solid consistent team-first kind of guy, with no distractions .... can’t see any NFL head coach would want all the b.s. that comes with Kaeperdick for a backup QB.
