The correct way to tell a classmate he said something offensive is to say “ouch,” and his correct response, “oops.”
The University of Arizona’s College of Humanities is offering such “suggestions” to faculty in a new 20-page handbook titled Diversity and Inclusiveness in the Classroom, credited to Vice Provost for Inclusive Excellence Jesús Treviño.

Such offense is being maneuvered into the same catagory as a physical assault. Once they have established speech as a physical assault, one can expect to be arrested and put on trial for voicing their opinion.

The U of A retains its reputation in the “hard” sciences. However, as far as the liberal arts and social sciences are judged, rather than pay the tuition it makes more sense to send a student to a community college and then continue with a degree-on-line.
Training the kids AND those they talk with to associate words with violence and infantilization, that you’re helpless unless helped by social justice.
That’a all that “schooling” is designed to do (Common Core) —to emasculate the boys, embed dependence and vice, destroy natural instincts (common sense), so that when the children “grow-up” (which they never will), they will be snowflakes—puerile narcissists, incapable of reason and logic and profound “thinking”. (Virtue is needed for freedom).
Free Will will be destroyed, just as Fichte planned in 1810 with the Marxist plan to embed lies and dysfunction in indoctrination centers of “group-think” (collective mindsets), so “snow is black” for all the little children. They will be so ignorant and removed from Reality (mother/father paradigm/Reality/Nature) that they will be dupes for the psychopathic sodomite elites (Lucifereans) for life. Just like the institutional children in Romanian orphanages-—no concept of male/female reality and the Age of Reason (Christian) worldview.
