First time in history a presidential candidate is taken for his word on the campaign trail by a judge, and used against him.
The Democrats are committed to stopping everything the President does. Every Executive Order on immigration will be stopped by some liberal judge somewhere. It is an all-out war, and the White House must fight back with the same determination to win.

This ongoing court battle only helps Trump.
He is fighting for American citizens while the democrats are fighting for the constitutional rights of Syrians.

Cong. Louie Gomert was on FNC (Tucker) tonight and he's introducing legislation to take away all immigration issues from both the District as well as the Appellate courts. He said that the Congress has control over every Federal Court excepting the SCOTUS.
