Cong. Louie Gomert was on FNC (Tucker) tonight and he's introducing legislation to take away all immigration issues from both the District as well as the Appellate courts. He said that the Congress has control over every Federal Court excepting the SCOTUS.
Yup....congress can stop this nonsense if they want to.
