What does America mean to you?
What does "privilege" mean to you?
When was the last time you cried and why?
For those reading the comments before the article, those are legitimately the questions they’re asking. No joke!
Easiest starting question or filter is whether someone is a veteran or not. If not, they go to bottom of stack.
1. The last bastion of true fredom and liberty left on this earth and it’s under assault.
2. Working ones a$$ off to achieve a position of wealth and prominence in a country that offers all an opportunity to do the same.
3. Haven’t cried since I was a child
Snowflakes are bad for business.
I think one can weed out potential trouble makers by rejecting all applicants graduating with a degree with the word “Studies” in it.
If this company were so concerned about leftists, they wouldn’t be located in Connecticut.
I wonder if the bosses voted for Visconti ?
Wow, what a great company to work for. I hated the office life in downtown Cleveland. Get caught reading Ayn Rand at your cube during lunch and you’re forever ostracized.
Fox and friends interviewed this guy earlier in the week.
The snowflake test should be a part of any government job application, especially teaching positions.
one simple question to weed out all of the snowflakes, what is your college degree in? That will tell you everything you need to know.
My youngest is still in college. When these reports started coming out about the snowflakes on campus with their safe zones to pet puppies I asked my daughter if it was going on at her college. She looked at me and said Dad, no way. I’m in the business school. People are high fiving each other that Trump won....
ROTF LOL
When was the last time you cried, and why?
How about, “When was the last time you used a safe room, and why?”
“Are you now or have you ever sought help to cope with the idea Trump is president?”
“When was the last time you called your mother crying, and why?”
“When did you move out of your mom’s basement?”
Thanks.
I just sent this to our younger relatives who interview and hire.
bkmk
If I was in a snarky mood, I would’ve answered, “when Old Yeller died.”
Connecticut will force the company to move.
Pre interview:
Go through their resumes and:
First, eliminate any applicant from an Ivy League school and the Snowflake schools like UC Bezerkley and UC Davis.
Eliminate anyone with a liberal arts degree.
Next eliminate any applicant without any real work experience.
Then, eliminate anyone with more than a 1 page summary of what they bring to the job.
Actual interview:
Put any vet on the top of the file to interview.
Lead question: How do you relate with adults like me?
Second question: Can you pass a drug test before and after you are hired. If the answer is no, the interview is over.
Then, ask a couple of these snowflake removal questions.
If they get through the above. Tell me in 1 minute what you will bring to our company and why I should hire you!
