Speaker Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) on Sunday said he agrees with President Trump that 2018 will be a "bloodbath" for Republicans if Congress does not pass legislation repealing and replacing ObamaCare.
I do believe that if we don't keep our word to the people who sent us here, yeah, Ryan told CBS Newss Face the Nation, when asked if he agreed with Trumps reported comments about the 2018 midterm elections.

They are the trolls from the “GOP Briefing room” forum.
I wouldn’t lose sleep if he ended up in a bloodbath.
Leprechaun #### POS
Trump HAS TO have something up his sleeve.
PLEASE GOD don’t let it by only 2 months into 4 years that we are let down!
Isn’t that the forum all the super duper extreme ultimate premium principled conservative ex-FReepers went to?
Oh yeah.
I just happen onto it a few days ago. Hooo boy the smug and snobbery!
The republican establishment (Ryan, McConnell) pretends to be on board with Trump but they are slow going everything. To the approval of cabinet picks to scheduling of votes. They are intentionally trying to slow Trumps roll.
This voter is already peeved.
Ryan just doesn’t get it. There will be a bloodbath if his bill DOES PASS! We want the current bill repealed and to let the free market take over. Keep the government out of the medical business!
The GOP needs to pass full repeal tomorrow, with an effective start date of, say, six months from now. That gives them plenty of time to negotiate a better replacement bill, and also allows them to start moving forward on other agenda items, like tax reform.
The idea that we have to pass replacement immediately after repeal is creating a false sense of urgency by RINOs like Ryan.
Pass the damn repeal tomorrow so it`s done and over with. Make it`s repeal effective in six months from now, and spend the next six month working on a replacement for when the repeal finally takes effect.
I wouldn’t worry. Trump is smarter than any and all of them. I think he knows what he’s doing, after all it’s HIS negotiating team. Anyone who subverts his objective will be gone in a flash.
It is so nice to finally have someone on our side who isn’t afraid of people or what they think. We finally have somebody who’s going to be who they are and is going to do what he promised. Fearlessness and integrity.
We’ve had eight years of half of that formula - fearlessness but no integrity. Obama’s fearlessness seemed to make him politically invincible, especially with the idiotic hand-wringing GOP. No-Fear, No-Drama Obama played them like a drum and had them so trained that now the Ryan-uskies play the game all by themselves without Obama around.
Isn’t it nice to have someone on our side in charge who is just as fearless and just as determined to carry out his agenda - this time for America’s benefit? It’s so nice. I think we’re in pretty good hands as long as we put our faith in God and are vigilant. Trump can’t do it all himself.
Hell yeah, it baffles me why that back stabbing piece of sh^t gets his butt kissed the way he does.
We’re willing to trust Trump on everything except this. But we are willing to trust the people who never stood up to Ryan, helped elect him, and who helped him pass massive spending.
We can’t imagine for a moment that Trump knows he has this under control.
We’ve been played for years by these purist conservatives’ rhetoric, and they’ve never delivered on a damed thing.
Agreed. Hopefully he’s among them.
I hope his district is planning right now.
I have been a 100% supporter of President Trump since June 2015, BUT if he doesn’t take down RINO RYAN and TURTLE FACE, he will need to pack it up and leave in 2020...I won’t support him...
We elected this man because of his ‘street fighter ways’ and his ‘viper’ bite and if he can’t remain in that manner, he is no longer the voice America needs...
Get away from these people who you might be told are your friends such as Prebus and send that liberal daughter of yours back to New York with her husband where they belong!!!
exactly!!!
I wouldn’t repeal Obamacare. I would take a different approach. My approach would be make Obamacare an option and let the free market do its thing. Let people buy across state lines, put in a tort law and get rid of all the taxes. Then based on that, someone could purchase what is out there now, or purchase Obamacare.
Then in a year, you come back, see that no one has purchased Obamacare and you sunset it over a two year period which coincides with Trump’s reelection in 2020. You now have verifiable proof Obamacare didn’t work and the free market did what it is intended to do.
If you get rid of it, whatever you try to implement after that is subject to ridicule and a barrage of negatives from the media, regardless of its success. Match Obamacare up against free market options and you cannot lose.
I think you’ve got a decent idea there.
There are two areas where I see a problem, and it’s not limited to your plan.
What do we do with people who have existing illnesses and people who genuinely need Medicaid?
I don’t want either of these groups to go without health care, because if they do, we run the risk of ailments getting a foothold that could expose those who can afford to pay to bad diseases.
Those two groups are going to give us fits.
I don’t want to see people left without health care.
The one issue is not fair to the insurance industry, and the other is not fair to the taxpayer.
These two areas are a mess.
Then why not just do it right, Ryan. Why put America in harms way?
You are right Ryan. So shut your f*****g pie hole and get together with and listen to the real conservatives in the house and senate and let’s do it right from the outset.
The best we can hope for is to blame the rats for their failure to pass our GOPeCare. Not that we want it either, but when it fails to get out of the Senate we can say “well we tried”.
Then we can defund ObamaCare and remove all enforcement provisions.
Good points. One of the things that changes with disabilities and people who truly need medicaid is drug prices. Bringing drug prices down will help alleviate the high costs of supporting medicaid patients as well as those on medicare. This means that the way medicines are researched, developed and marketed needs to change. Unfortunately I have no knowledge of the subject and how that could get done.
Pass it to see what's in it IS a stool sample!
Ryan and your fellow luciferians ESAD!
