I am on my cell phone and haven’t the skills to put a hot link here. Perhaps it’s already been done and I’ve missed it?

Also- RSBN has the rally in TN covered tonight. I’m surprised there isn’t a thread for the evening rally up somewhere? I’m seperated from my laptop at the moment and it’s a big deficiency when it comes to freeping.

One last thing... I went on a 5K/10K walk-run with my niece last Sat. and the most amazing thing happened to me- I passed out smacking my face into a brick sidewalk just past the finish line due to the fact I had a heart attack- cardiac syncope. One of the participants was an ER doctor and he performed CPR on me, providing vigorous compressions, and another good Samaritan found a defibrilator and zapped me twice... ready for it- bringing me back from the otherside (death) twice.

I came to- in an ambulance, and was transported to the nearest hospital just 2 miles away.

Once there, an angiogram found my left anterior descending artery (the widowmaker) was logged 99%. A stent was put in opening up my artery, restoring blood to my heart and brain to normal capacity.

I spent 1 day in ICU, and 1 day in a private room... then I was released Mon., and now I’m all better. How’s that for an aches and pains success story?

I think my sternum is cracked because the pain is off the charts when I get in or out of bed, or try to reposition myself.

Life is good and I am certain that it wasn’t my time to fly away. Woot! Woot!

I’ll have more to say once I reunite with my laptop.

Wow freepersup, glad to read that you were attended to quickly and are on the mend.

You beat me by 1% point. Back in 1994 I had a serious heart attack and wound up in the hospital with a 98% blockage in the same artery as yours.

You should be getting some of your strength back gradually.

Had a fairly recent angiogram that showed a 40% blockage in the Right Coronary artery so am keeping a eye on this.

I say you need to connect with us more Spider-Man! You most definately LOST your power while walking-run. You certainly need a power pack or recharging before you venture out again. I suggest a good rest and recoup time with the Trump Train family. God decided there's more here on Earth for you to accomplish and it just might be more brain power than leg power. LOL Take care.

Oh my. You recant a story of nearly dying, twice, and having a life saving surgery like it’s a trip to Disneyland. So glad you’re ok - I suspect God needs your great attitude and outlook on this earth awhile longer.

Wow! Thank the Lord they got to you in time. My husband has had 2 open heart surgery's to replace the aortic valve and 4 bypasses because of blocked arteries.

Did they give you a heart shaped pillow to hug when you try to turn or get out of bed? Maybe since it wasn't actually open heart they didn't, but if you have a hard pillow you can hug when you turn or get up, it will help to relieve the pain.
