Imperative to get Judge Neil Gorsuch on the USSC. A 4-4 split will send this sorry ruling back to Hawaii and it will stand.
Congress MUST impeach this traitor scum judge for justice for our nation, and to send a message to the other vile scum traitor judges that might rule likewise. President Trump just read the statute and it is IRON CLAD and unambiguous.

An act of Congress would amend the existing Judiciary Act to create a 12th Circuit, and then the president would sign the bill into law. It would be interesting to see if the Democrats in the Senate would filibuster it.

Interesting that Jesse is in TN. I seem to recall he was going to interview the President at Mar-a-lago, which would be this weekend. Perhaps Jesse is just checking out the rally(?).
Actually our Sen. Flake and Rep. Andy Biggs are working on legislation right now to do just that.

To amend title 28, United States Code, to divide the ninth judicial circuit of the United States into 2 circuits, and for other purposes.
Our president is lifting up the young men at Fox who have supported him. Did you see that the president called the young man who was on F& F this morning. His fiancé had been killed by illegal and he mentioned no local or state people had contacted him although they had allowed this person out on bail.
He cares. How rare!

I’m thinking of all of the counties in eastern CA, essentially RED, plus all of Alaska and Arizona, to make up the 12th Circuit.
