Burgers are good. Melted cheese is also good
Put the two together, and were not going to be too disappointed.
If, like us, you strongly agree with the concept of an extremely cheesy burger, its probably worth getting down to Maxwells restaurant in Covent Garden, stat.

Rarebit Burger. I’ve probably eaten hundreds of them.
To: COBOL2Java
It looks pretty good as long as you hold the cheese pour. So I can hold the burger.

I never eat burgers without cheese. Even when I’m at a picnic, I piss off the organizer about having cheese beforehand..

Looks gross. Then you probably wouldn't care for this Texas State Fair specialty:
Deep Fried Peanut Butter Banana Cheeseburger
A grilled half pound patty of beef that is topped with cheese and banana slices and peanut butter spread over both buns. Sometimes called the Elvis Burger in honor of the most famous peanut butter and banana lover in history, this take on the combo may not be so healthy on the heart.

Similar to a runny cheddar cheese. Sprinkle in a little cayenne and smoked paprika.
Also called a Welsh Rarebit.

Skip the yellow orange paint and put on a couple of slices of smoked Gouda.
And don’t forget the bacon and egg!!!!!

I had a burger yesterday at TGI Friday’s. It had a cheddar pimento spread, Buffalo sauce and two buffalo wings skewered to the top. I didn’t eve try to pick it up. Knife and fork. It was actually pretty good.

Guess they’ll have to eat it with knife and fork. It’s England, and I’ve seen it done there. Real fun is watching them try it with a crunchy taco.
