Well, did you tell the little girl to get away from the keyboard? LOL! I gather this is the same little girl who shows up regularly? Or are there more that take turns showing up?

No more storms but we have plenty of damage to deal with from last night. Part of the roof on the little building the hot tub is in was ripped off. And a cedar took out the back wall of the brand new well house that Hubby just put up. He is NOT a happy man right now.

Several cedars down or have big chunks blown out.

BUT, the house is undamaged and that’s a big plus.

More melting and now more refreezing overnight. Hope you don’t have to go anywhere early tomorrow.

We were smack in the middle alright. It wasn’t a tornado but the storm had rotation and that went over us. I could see that as I watched through the storm door.

The new well house was clobbered by a cedar and the building the hot tub is in lost part of its roof. No other buildings damaged, fortunately.

We hope for enough rain this year we’ll be able to burn the tree debris later. Lots of it to burn, dang it.

How’d your day go? Still warm or are y’all getting a dose of this cold air?

Oh, my goodness! It was way more than just some tree branches and stuff scattered! I sure hope y’all have insurance!

It started out coolish here but then the clouds parted and it warmed up a bit. Supposed to be warm again tomorrow and then in the 60s on Sunday. The roller coaster is still alive and well!

Why is the Latvian Eagle cam turned off on the site? Weird!

Yeah, it WAS more. Just didn't get the full picture in the dark. But we do have insurance so the cost will be taken care of. Hubby just isn't looking forward to building another well house. The hot tub has been dead for years so I doubt we'll do anything with that little building.

Sounds like your temps are going to be nice the next few days. Lucky you aren't getting the cold blast. It's going to hurt our area with so much stuff coming to life already.

They just killed the link we've been using to get to the Latvia nest. Took a little while to figure out what they did but I found it at last. Glad I did because the YouTube version isn't very clear.
Both eagles arrived just a few minutes ago and are there now.

I hate when they do that! LOL! Thanks...bookmarked the new one! I must say, except for not having soft grasses, the nest looks really tidy now!

If you have insurance, can you get someone else to rebuild so hubby won’t wear himself out doing it? My hubby used to do stuff, but any more he just says, let someone else deal with it. LOL!

I don’t blame him!

No really cold blast here. In fact one day next week it’s supposed to reach 90. NOT ready for that!
