Obama ordered it. Lynch wouldn’t do anything of the sort without Obama knowing about it, and approving of it. So whether he “ordered” it directly or not, he knew of it and didn’t stop it.

What I would do in this case is once the correlation could be made between the Slimes, the FISA request, the leak and who ordered it, I would have Carlos Slim extradited to the US to be charged with conspiracy.

I asked where did you get that info from as I am reading the bill and have not seen that.
Half hour later she must have been on the internet and said section 135.
I then read that section and told her that age is not even mentioned, and it does not mention at all what she said.
Silence from her since then. It seems she was probably lied to, and then went on the internet to a liberal website which was spreading lies, and she repeated this lies.

I don’t think it matters if he ordered it or not. He gets daily intel briefs, he knew about it and was ok with it. As there was no evidence found he should have been demanding it be shut down, he didn’t.

I am usually loathe to play the Hitler card, but I will here. They say 0bama didn’t order the wiretap of Trump. Well, Hitler didn’t order the Holocaust either. He didn’t attend the Wansee Conference where the Final Solution was decided upon. Nobody ever produced the order with his signature that said “Ermordern die Juden.” But there is no question he created the climate where the Holocaust could happen and knew of it once it commenced.
Same with 0bama and his apologists. If 0bama didn’t order it, he set the climate where it could be and I’m certain at some point he was made aware and approved.
