One big thing is that people from the former administration have these tools and they are declassified so it is perfectly legal for anyone to have these tools!
They can be using them right now to target the white house and anything else they want to target. Trump should switch to hand written or typed memos and couriers with secure envelopes.

Wow, CIA got hold of Russian malware, allowing CIA to hack and make it look like the Russians did it.
So Obama got a twofer: hack Hillary’s server and get the whole Russians-hacking-the-election meme going for justification of surveillance on Trump, AND get all the dirt on Hillary to blackmail me her as POTUS, essentially giving Obama a third term.
The CIA, without a warrant, is bugging your television. When it shows “off” it is listening to your every word. They are in your car control systems. This capability has now been leaked to bad actors and the CIA has totally lost control. This is a national emergency. CIA directors that knew this should be arrested .

Anyone who's listened to the Security Now podcast from Leo Laporte's TWIT podcasting network knows clearly about the various techniques WikiLeaks described--some of which have been around for decades. In fact, that's why intelligence agencies don't like to deal with the iPhone--iOS security is actually not easily to crack unless you have some extremely expensive technology.
It just hit me, did Hillary have the Same Access to all of this Vault 7 min-NSA inside the CIA information plus the regular NSA at her fingertips, just like Obama? Inquiring minds want to know. Time for a subpoena Sessions?

The CIA didn’t remotely hack a TV. The docs are clear that they can update the software running on the TV using a USB drive. There’s no evidence of them doing so remotely over the Internet. If you aren’t afraid of the CIA breaking in an installing a listening device, then you should’t be afraid of the CIA installing listening software.
The CIA didn’t defeat Signal/WhattsApp encryption. The CIA has some exploits for Android/iPhone. If they can get on your phone, then of course they can record audio and screenshots. Technically, this bypasses/defeats encryption — but such phrases used by Wikileaks arehighly misleading, since nothing related to Signal/WhatsApp is happening. What’s happening is the CIA is bypassing/defeating the phone. Sometimes. If they’ve got an exploit for it, or can trick you into installing their software.

Packed away in the thousands of documents released by WikiLeaks Tuesday was one that fascinated talk show host Rush Limbaugh because it links to the narrative of alleged connections between Russia and President Donald Trump’s campaign.
“Folks, we are in the midst of dangerous times like you cannot believe, and Donald J. Trump is the target,” he said.
Limbaugh noted that in the documents showing how the CIA hacks a vast array of electronic devices was evidence that the CIA often mimics Russian hackers.

“By the way, in the WikiLeaks dump today of thousands and thousands of documents from the CIA, do you know what is included? A little program called UMBRAGE. What this program is, apparently the CIA has the ability to mimic Russian hackers. In other words, the CIA has the ability to hack anybody they want and make it look like the Russians are doing it,” he said.
“Isn’t that interesting, given everything we’ve been told about the election? ‘The Russians hacked the election, that the Russians did this, the Russians did that.’ So far we don’t have any evidence the Russians did anything! Limbaugh said liberals and the media sought to manufacture a way to attack Trump.
” … (S)o I think because of everything that we’re learning here, the danger that Donald Trump has faced ever since he won the election is greater than we’ve ever known,” he said. “The establishment of this country — whatever you want to call it, the ruling class — is desperate. We’re living in times they never thought possible or didn’t consider likely, and that is somebody from outside their group being president, being vice president, being secretary of state, being secretary of commerce, being attorney general. This kind of thing, this is such an assault, and it’s got them in a state of panic.”
Limbaugh said that the claims of Russian connections to the Trump campaign were “a pretext to have a never-ending investigation of Trump.”
Limbaugh suggested that a Trump supporter is behind the dump of CIA secrets.
