Campus resident assistants at the school are hanging up two sets of posters titled “Emotional Labor 101”: one for whites, and another for minorities, whom the posters dub as “victims of emotional labor.”
Per the Claremont Independent, both posters define “emotional labor” as having to exert energy “for the purpose of addressing people’s feelings, educating, making people comfortable, or living up to ‘social expectations.’”

One bit of good news - Harvey Mudd College, part of the "Claremont 5," is often rated as the best undergraduate math, science, and engineering school in the USA.
Somehow this makes me think of Bowel Movement.
Is there a group that dedicates its entire day, every day, every week to dreaming up ways to be offended, where no one was previously offended? There is a national epidemic of this garbage going on, while ISIS murders people in demonic ways, we still need cures for cancer and other dread diseases, and some people need to gain new skills to get jobs. How about these people stop studying the head of a pin and use their time for something even remotely useful?

In a sane, healthy society, people get paid for providing value to other people — value that people will voluntarily pay for.
“Emotional Labor” provides no value to anybody, except to Marxist fascists who want to turn everyone into victims that can be exploited as a means of gaining and holding political power.

Contrary to popular belief, whites didn’t invent civilization and the expectations necessary to sustain it. But the majority of the human race believes civilization is preferable to savagery or anarchy. These Leftists want to abdicate their responsibilities as civilized people, like the responsibility to treat everyone with tolerance, in this case whites.

We’ve passed laws and invented social programs specifically geared towards making minorities comfortable much of the time at the expense of whites. Whites tend to bend over backward to make blacks feel included. That’s what makes this so ironic.
