More than two-thirds of registered voters do not want a complete repeal of ObamaCare, according to a new poll.
Sixty-five percent hope at least part of the Affordable Care Act's current form remains intact in a McClatchy/Marist survey released Monday.
Twenty percent say lawmakers should let the healthcare law stand as is, while 38 percent want any changes to enable it to do more and 7 percent hope alterations make it capable of less.

The idiots in this fake poll especially love the high deductibles ... soaring premiums ... lack of providers ... rationing ... and death panels!
...betcha out of the group no one lost their
doctor....none had insurance ( employer provided)...and most qualify for gubment assistance
I’m just saying.
I am 100% opposed to just repealing Obamacare, because that does not fix the system, it simply brings back the expensive, incomplete mess we had before, because the GOP did nothing about the mess, when they had the chance the last time.
Nope. What we had before was just as big a mess.
We need to FIX our healthcare system. Fix it. Not bring back the expensive, incomplete mess which led to Obamacare in the first place.
I believe Trump is the only guy who is saying we will fix it. I am glad he is our president.
So very glad.
He seems to be the one guy, whose head is in the right place.
The only one.
Anywhere.
I’m going to have to practice asking the counter help at USPS for these with a straight face...
rofl!!!!!
This is bad!! If 6 out of 10 are for it, we’ll lose the election!!!
Oh, wait :)
They’re already giving surveys on the 2018 elections.
The questions are generally “How can you possibly vote for a republican for senate unless you drown puppies, eat babies, and beat your spouse” :)
Gosh, “The Hill”, what happened in November? Oh yeah, a MAN was elected who said REPEAL.
So give it up buttercups.
It must be a scientifically designed poll of illegal aliens and ghetto residents.
we don’t need to FIX any damned thing at all. We need to repeal and then repeal some more until there is no government connection with Medicine or insurance. Anything else just, at best, backs us up a bit on the road to Single Payer.
I would love to have a few of these to fix to some envelopes to send in the mail. I wonder if they would be returned or if some clerk would take them home to put in his own collection.
What’s wrong with eating babies? We already encourage killing them. I mean, hell, the Chinese do it.
Is Hilda still at %95 to win?
You’re hungry an hour later.
Check out the poll’s methodology....
Odd; I don’t remember Obamacare being supported by more than 50% of the electorate at any time while he was in office.
It’s not odd. Check out the methodology. I’ve never come across a poll before that had “n/a” listed in the places this one does.
Isn’t this really just the difference between likely voter polling and switching to US adults? Plus the pollster bias in reshuffling the sample to get the desired bias content? Using adults you then get all the non-labor force participants?
They heard that Obamacare was the government giving them something (the shaft) and that repealing will remove the “free stuff” (the shaft). Reality has nothing to do with how they perceive things.
That’s retarded Democrat BS.
I agree. You do not enact a law to punish everyone in the country who has/had insurance they were satisfied - AND PENALIZE THEM - to pay for some small percentage of people who had no policy and would be on Medicaid anyway.
Those uninsured ended up on Medicaid anyway, and the rest of us are saddled with a bloated unnecessary bureaucracy that taxes the crap out of everything.
If ANYTHING that effing law should be repealed because of the hundreds of instances where “....at the Secretary’s [NHS] discretion.....” is used. This is just blanket arbitrary fiat waiting to be abused.
REPEAL, REPEAL, REPEAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Obamacare is popular we just have to face it. I mean, the democrats have rode it to electoral victory after electoral victory. Oh wait. Damn, I hate when reality interrupts a fantasy poll.
