Leftists on social media tore into First Lady Melania Trump, mocking her accent and religion and branding her everything from a hostage to a whore – all for the secular offense of reciting “The Lord’s Prayer.”
Melania Trump began President Trump’s rally Saturday in Florida by delivering the prayer, which Christians – many of whom recite the prayer in church each week – believe was first said by Jesus Christ. The crowd at Orlando-Melbourne Airport received the prayer enthusiastically.
Left-leaning social media users were a different story, however.
“Melania starts the dictatorship rally with the Lord’s Prayer? NOT EVERY AMERICAN IS CHRISTIAN!!!! Country over party,” tweeted @JaimePrimak.
@splattne wrote: “Melania prays (reads) the Our Father. Makes Jesus turn in his grave. Oh wait…”
Several Twitter users harkened to the controversy over Melania Trump plagiarizing a section of her Republican National Convention speech from a previous speech given by former First Lady Michelle Obama.

You can bet the left would be drooling all over themselves if there had been a muslim up there reading from the koran.

If she had chanted, “Allah Akbar” and “death to America” the fascist “democrats” wouldn’t have had a problem with it.

Somewhere on Facebook right now, there is a tubby, little old lady drinking a beer while typing, “I go to church every day and I found her reciting the Lord’s Prayer very disgusting.”

Though it comes from a Christian text, I see nothing in that Godly prayer to offend anyone of genuine faith, or follower of any world religion. I certainly can’t imagine why any Jew would be offended by the reading of it. I know I wasn’t. In fact, I was deeply moved. A wonderful profound moment. I hope she does it again.

I believe that we are in the end times and God has given us one more chance before He brings the curtain down.
We had 8 years of evil in obama and that was God’s line in the sand for His people, to force them to choose sides.
Now He has given us a godly man and woman and is forcing the left to choose sides.
And they are.
And His judgment that He reigns down will be justly deserved.
EVERYONE can see the choice clear as can be and they are making it with eyes wide open. They cannot claim ignorance at this point. They have seen the good and chosen evil.

Listen closely to the audio, practically the entire crowd was reciting The Lord’s Prayer along with her. The left can come unhinged all it wants, the people who made her First Lady are in complete support.
Soon it will be allah akbar at the DNC and all Rallies when Keith Ellison(Minnesota Democratic–Farmer–Labor Party?) shows up
But we as Christians are made to bow and honor the God of political correctness, whatever the flavor (pictures, cakes) of the moment is. Melania only read and recited some words, she did not make anyone bow to it.
She couldn’t come right out and say “FU!” to the media haters, so she did the classy thing and showed them “This is who I am and what I believe, and I could care less what you think about it”.
The implied message is, we won, and we are winning whereas you people are on the wrong side and losing.
She outclasses em all. Ignore the PC left and move ahead Making American Great Again.
And as far as the fake news, an old boss of mine would always say this when you brought an issue to him. “First I’ve heard, don’t know anything about it”. After a while we caught on and stopped bring up minor daily issues. Just a tip for Pribeus.
Every time I see her I can only imagine her standing at the prow of the Clipper Ship, Flying Cloud.
Donald McKay would have immortalized her.
