Disgusting that the vicious MSM goes around dredging up sealed 25 yr old divorce documents, but limited sympathies here for the woman who made such unfounded allegations to benefit her side in the divorce. She can blame the attorney and the MSM, but she chose to put her name to the sordid stuff.
He’s only a recent, and potentially politically motivated, convert to the Trump’s key notion that flooding the market with unskilled laborers is unfair to the supply-and-demand market forces on labor; he was a big fan of the Gang of Eight amnesty.
I have to note this, however: in double-checking my facts, I just discovered that he was a lawyer for the pro-life community before he got pulled into Hardee’s almost by accident; and that his turnaround of Hardee’s is quite remarkable. I hadn’t known that.
But his comments regarding immigration are stupefying:
“Immigrants appreciate what America offers. They are not taking jobs from Americans, because there are not sufficient Americans applying for jobs. Maybe they feel they have better options.”
That was in 2013, when the U-6 unemployment rate was about 14%.

You can’t get a Prez who aligns with ALL of your priorities, so why do you expect that of the cabinet nominees?
I had my doubts about Tillerson and Mnuchin as well until I was told that their past views and past press reports about them don’t matter. When I asked why, I was told it’s because they are completely on a leash held by the President.
I was told he’s not hiring ‘views’, he’s hiring knowledge, talent, and energy.
Puts it in a different perspective.
I was surprised however about Flynn. Thought it very odd that Flynn had to go on and on, almost bragging about his ‘integrity’, his ‘stellar service’, and so on. I suppose he was trying to counteract any media distortion that would tail him as he went searching for a new job or social setting. But clearly he wasn’t as controllable as the President wanted him to be.
