JohPreston, that was an interesting factoid.
When it comes to the vaccine issue, both sides seem to have their kooks to call on. I can’t trust the CDC, and some of the folks who make claims of autism connections aren’t exactly stellar either.
This has left me without a conclusive opinion on this.
I do think childhood vaccines are important. I had an uncle that developed polio early in his life. I know how much different his life would have been had he had access to a vaccine.
We have been so free of childhood diseases, that we forget the ravaging effects of some of them.
On the other hand, autism is terrible too.
It’s a mess.
It really is a mess and when it hits one’s family it becomes ground zero. My grandson, at 14 mos, had more than 22 vaccines before he switched off. I only wish I had known then what I know now.
