Hilarious.
I think Trump should take them up on it. “Help me build the wall, then we’ll get to those industry laws you need.”

Don’t Americans have a “right” to free music? Everything else is free. They need to just shut up and provide free music to everyone. Hypocrites.

I’ll buy you a diamond ring my friend
If it makes you feel all right
I’ll get you anything my friend
If it makes you feel all right
Cause I don’t care too much for money
For money can’t buy me love
I’ll give you all I’ve got to give
If you say you love me too
I may not have a lot to give
But what I’ve got I’ll give to you
I don’t care too much for money
For money can’t buy me love
Can’t buy me love
Everybody tells me so
Can’t buy me love
No, no, no, no

Time for copyright reform. Use the Rule Against Perpetuities for individuals (life of the creator plus 21 years) and a flat 21 years for corporate owners.

Did that request come from the artists who tried to “ disallow” Trump using their music during his campaign or inauguration?

I think too many took Nancy Pelousi’s words to heart......’you don’t have to work at something you hate just to get health care coverage. Go do what you want, we will take care of you’. Many are finding out there is a new sheriff in town and he doesn’t give freebies out like candy. Grow up and work for a living. That’s how the rest of us make our way in life. And if your ‘art’ cannot support your lifestyle, get another job. We all have to do something that has value, to make enough to sustain ourselves.

The RIAA’s bought-and-paid-for laws are a big part of the reason why music completely sucks nowadays and everything is thoroughly commercialized with all the creative art stripped out of it.
Trump should tell them to go stick it where the sun don’t shine.
