Happy Birthday, President Reagan!
I went to pay my respects when Reagan lay in state at the Reagan library.
He served us very well. I had a lot of respect for the man.
He loved this nation. Of that I am sure.
We finally have another man that does, and I will do what Reagan would have done, support him every chance I get.
God blessed America by giving us Ronald Reagan.
I miss Ronnie, but now we have a new Sherriff in town... MAGA!One of my favorite Reagan stories is from his acting days.
Back then he was known as “One Take Ron” because he was always prepared and rarely flubbed lines.
He was in an outdoor scene with Errol Flynn who was taller than him.
Reagan flubbed his line and gave an aw shucks look as he shuffled his feet like a nervous schoolboy.
Again and again he flubbed his line and shuffled his feet.
Finally he nailed the line and he was finished for that scene.
It wasn’t until later that the director discovered that during the good final take Reagan was looking the taller Flynn right in the eye!
During all his foot shuffling he had built up a small mound so that he was eventually the same height as the Suave Flynn.
