President Trump's scheduled trip to a Harley-Davidson factory in Milwaukee on Thursday has been canceled over the likelihood of protests, CNN reported Tuesday.
An administration official told the news network that the plans were scrapped after the motorcycle giant became uncomfortable with the threat of demonstrations.
Over the weekend, massive protests broke out at airports across the country after Trump signed an executive order on Friday banning citizens of certain Muslim-majority countries from entering the U.S. Other large protests were planned for the president's Milwaukee visit, according to CNN. Trump was originally supposed to head to the factory for a tour on Thursday, where he was set to sign executive orders pertaining to manufacturing.

The Harley Davidson parts are made in China, then shipped to different parts of America to be ‘assembled’ at the plants...I visited the one in PA while I lived there and witnessed this myself...

If he’s going to cancel things due to protests then he’ll never leave the White House. Tour the factory and to hell with the protesters.
Here in Michigan, fifty uncouth and loud anti-Trump protesters showed up for a congressional event in my adopted Northern home of Shepherd. The staffer in charge made a simple call to the Chief of Police; moments later, an officer showed up, and the noise abated. Why was I there? My Science superstar daughter asked me to drop a report off to the congressional coordinator there. The officer gave me a quick look, followed by a wink! I was the only other male in the room with 1. a fresh shave. 2. pressed pants. 3. Navy officer haircut! The point is you must stand up to these scum!

Disagree. Trump should have shown up with a battalion of National Guard fully armed and start throwing them into police vehicles the moment they threaten the President. Let a few hundred get arrested, the visit continues, and the need was accomplished. Oh, and set bail at more money than they have ever seen. The real world criminals will love them, literally.
