Hope you get feeling better soon.
Mine has been coming and going. Have been using Vicks and a decongestant. Thought it was over till this morning.
But talking to friends there seems to be a virus involved Too many people are dealing with it AND family members catching it too

Sorry to hear this. Makes me wonder if a soft neck brace would help you.
The 2 inch size would probably steady your motion. It would also help support your head and comfort your neck when this vertigo appears. You don't need the extra effort of holding up your head along with trying to not move quickly. I have never had vertigo so my two cents probably might not be an educated guess but perhaps worth trying. I have poor bones and a long neck. I often wear a brace in the house in the evening when I'm tired. It really helps relax your spin area. Take care.****$12.59 at Amazon***2"
It might help you too Jessi.

Did they give you a diagnosis for your vertigo?
