A candidate for the Democratic National Committee blames Hillary Clinton's loss in the 2016 election on her decision to tap Sen. Tim Kaine of Virginia as her running mate.

Candidates can blather and make promises, but a Presidential candidate’s campaign and selections for top positions are hard evidence of their likely performance in office. Can Toliver be so stupid that he doesn’t realize that blaming Tim Kaine for Hillary’s loss is a roundabout way of blaming her loss on demonstrated executive incompetence? Or maybe that IS his point (but I’m sticking with “yes, he is that stupid”).
Auditioning for head of the DNC requires demonstrating the ability to spew outrageous lies and silly bs with a straight face. If so, Toliver is making a strong move to the inside rail.
Hillary lost because of a variety of reasons bu mostly because she was arrogant and assumed she didn’t need to campaign in key states won by President Trump. She was a lousy candidate.
She was corrupt and the American public didn’t want her in charge. She lost because President Trump spoke to the electorate while she attacked Trump and didn’t say what she was going to do. She listened to the corrupt media and believed the lies they were telling about her landslide victory.
Glad to hear they blame him. He is up for election here in Virginia. I hope his “loser” stigma takes on a life of its own!!

Yep, the lesson of the Obama era for Democrats is that blacks will stay home without one of their own on the ticket. Expect a black/Hispanic duo and plenty of race-baiting in 2020 - that ought to bring the white working class right back into the fold. :)
There was NO ‘right running partner’ because Hillary did NOT want anyone who might outshine or overshadow her. But that is what she needed, because her personality does not lend itself to likeability.
Also, as in 2008, every time her numbers took a dive, she had to call on BJ to come to her rescue. And using the 40+ year old Dem playbook did not inspire much enthusiasm or interest, even with the rigged precincts.

Hillary wanted Debbie Washmyhair Schultz running the DNC in order to prevent anything similar to obama knocking her out in 2004.
Kaine was sitting in that chair, so he had to be greased.
The VP selection "suspense"' was as phony and contrived as was Bernie's run at the presidency.
They didn’t get a candidate that could sell their lies to the public like Obama did. Hillary is charm-free.

Those Catholics voting Democrat are a big bunch here in the northeast, and make it difficult for Republicans here. Our leadership is often weak or outright in cahoots with Dems.
