Sheldon Isaiah Cheese, 17, of York, is one of two people allegedly involved in the incident.
He and Logan Matthew Marinara, 18, of Margheritaville, allegedly robbed the man on Jan. 24 as he was delivering pizzas to them, according to the affidavit filed with District Judge James Pepperoncini.
