As we always knew, California and American elections are filled with fraud and corruption. Thanks to a new poll, we now know that approximately 13% of illegal aliens vote. Since they are already criminals, stealing ID’s or using phony ID’s. lie to get welfare, steal jobs—why not vote as they to lose. Since they can not be deported or jailed, they have nothing to lose. Obama is protecting these law breakers. Could this be why real citizens don’t vote—the illegal aliens outvote them? Worse, in close elections illegal aliens can make the difference. Corruption? Look at the ballot box. In fact, they could have elected a President and Senator! “Since 80 percent of noncitizens vote Democratic, according to the study, noncitizen participation could have “been large enough to change meaningful election outcomes including Electoral College votes [in North Carolina in 2008], and Congressional elections” such as the 2008 race in Minnesota in which Al Franken was elected to the U.S. Senate, giving “Senate Democrats the pivotal 60th vote” to pass Obamacare. So 78 million illegals voted, and some of them multiple times... call it 10, maybe 12 million votes cast by illegals breaking 100 percent Democrat.
Clean it up, at the Federal level. Send all the illegals home, too.

If they can do all of the above without anyone or anything getting in the way, there's absolutely no doubt that many of them vote illegally too. Every time there's an election at any local, state, or Federal level, Democrat operatives and Council of La Raza agitators go to the shanty towns and barrios to round up voters in exchange for a few bucks or for promises of more services. So the question isn't IF illegals are voting, the only questions are how many of them and how often.
Law breaking is what illegal immigrants did and therefore continue to do.

Correct! And if I may add on to your state numbers guess which states Hillary’s vote total went up the most this year (whether she won the state or not) according to Wikipedia :
California: 899,503
Texas: 569,744
Florida: 267,219
Arizona: 135,935 (Border state)
Georgia: 104,136 (Ranked 7th most illegal alien population after states mentioned above and blue states that didn’t need fraudulent votes to help Hillary win that state)

Also Nevada has highest proportion of illegal aliens to population and of course Hillary won that state after being one of the few that had polls actually showing Trump with better percentages than most other battleground states.

Probably not 90%. But I agree with the general principle.
I would be interested as to how they did this survey. If you were illegal, would you admit to voting? Would you admit to being illegal? Are they that stupid? That bold?
Surely a large percentage, perhaps the majority, of those who did vote also lied about it.
That’s enough right there to put an end to the democrats whining about Hitlery winning the popular vote. Oh, wait, nothing will ever put an end to the democrats whining.
Include the EIC credit & the Child Care credits.

That would far exceed the difference in the popular vote difference between Trump and Clinton. Illegal voting probably gave Gore the popular vote as well.
The question I have is, how many elections have they been a factor and by how much.
