Sally Boynton Brown, a white woman running for chair of the Democratic National Committee, said Monday that if she is chosen to lead the party her job will be to “shut other white people down.”
“My job is to shut other white people down when they want to interrupt,” Brown said during a DNC candidate forum.
Brown, the executive director of the Idaho Democratic Committee, is running for the chair position against six other candidates, including three African-American candidates and one Hispanic, former Labor Secretary Tom Perez.
“My job is to shut other white people down when they want to say, ‘oh, no, I’m not prejudice; I’m a Democrat; I’m accepting,'” Brown bellowed during the forum, which was hosted by MSNBC’s Joy Reid.
Brown began her three minute pitch by chiding white Democratic leaders over what she said is the party’s failure to discuss the Black Lives Matter movement.
“Black lives matter and it makes me sad that we’re even having that conversation, and that tells me that white leaders in our party have failed,” she lamented.
Among other jobs she said she will undertake as DNC chair is “[making] sure that [white people] get that they have privilege.”
“Until we shut our mouths and we listen to those people who don’t and lift our people up so that we all have equity in this country, so that we’re all fighting alongside each other, so that we are all on the same page and we clearly get where we’re going, we’re not going to break through this.”
She went on to say that she has been soliciting insight and advice from people of color “because you have the answers.”
“I need schooling, and I depend on you and the other people around our community to do that, so I can go school the other white people. We need it,” she pleaded.
Brown did not respond to an emailed request for comment on why, if she feels so strongly that white people should be shut down, she is running against four minority candidates for the chair position.

These people are certifiable. They have lost the ability to understand the concerns of normal people because they only talk to other psychos acting out.
They have to figure out a way to bring back the “blacks and browns” that either outright voted for Trump or sat out this past election; without a doubt it cost them the White House. Unfortunately they can’t balance that with losing “whites and yellows”...
I wonder how many she has just driven out of the party.
Racism:
The modification of any behaviors or communications based on the skin color or race of others.
I agree that gangs (included trafficked Latinos) are their Einsatzgruppen, but at least here in NJ the whites have left most areas where they could encounter violent blacks. The black urban cores are now surrounded by growing rings of Asians and Hispanics imported here to prevent a deserted No Man’s Land between the two populations. Considering that the black population of NJ is roughly the same as the national average, black-on-white crime is remarkably low given the population density.
Sure hope they dumbass white Dems take note. They’ve told you to STFU and sit down.. On the ground with your head bleeding.
The Soviets, National SOCIALISTS (Nazis), and communist Chinese already have done that, so it isn't surprising that the Left in our country have the same impulses.

I’ve started to point that out to people in rather obnoxious ways. If someone tries to be a “do-gooder” in front of me and talk about race in a way that shows how Liberal and tolerant and supportive they are of civil rights, I just call them a racist and accuse them of being divisive and bigoted for judging people on the basis of skin color.
It’s the only topic on which I “jam” people. I don’t let them respond. I make it very clear that — as a good Republican — I will not, under any circumstances, tolerate their racism.

What was striking was how profoundly stupid each and every DNC chair candidate was. They are all complete idiots, mainly community organizer types with no real world experience. And they all lie.

I can remember this taking place when Princess Kate toured North America shortly after marrying William. There were media reports that featured these feminist/fashion commentator types who were especially up in arms with Kate doing a very unforgivable thing...wearing pantyhose with her outfits at public appearances. Here they were carrying on about how they hated the idea of “Gentlemen Prefer Hanes” (or Leggs, etc) coming back into mainstream style for women. As if a woman looking stylish and attractive (and wearing hosiery can and should be part of that) was that objectionable to these people.
That's true especially the part about free time. But more importantly (and they said so in the forum yesterday) they will use Soros and taxpayer funds to buy votes. They literally said we need to be the party that does things in the community. They want to push aside all other volunteer groups and the church and become the single party super-state. There is no question they could do it, just continue policies of economic ruin at the national level and keep backfilling with Soros money at the local level.
They will use the Chavez model, handing out free stuff to get votes until voting becomes moot.
Because that is what liberal Democrats do.
This is exactly what I’ve predicted for years; the Democrat Elites, in their effort to give away our country in exchange for power, will first accidentally give away their own party. The Scarecrow will betray Dorothy and steal her slippers and balloon ride, after he gets his brain.
Spot on, but I would clarify-the immediate conclusion is that liberals are against love, but they are not-they only believe in love for Big Brother (Large Liberal Government).
The contrast is pretty start between Trump and the head of the opposition.
Yesterday, Trump spoke about jobs, jobs, jobs and DNC bigot spoke about race, race, race.
She is a plainly transparent opportunist who thinks that pandering to blacks is the way to get the chair. She’s rather moronic in my opinion. One would think she’s running for head of the New Black Panther Party rather than the DNC. She’s toast before she even knows it.
I can’t believe I sat through that whole movie. I kept saying to myself, “there’s gotta be some kind of ‘get’ in this movie.”
