This happened on Inauguration Day in Washington DC just after Donald Trump swore into office. Everything had been fine up until this moment, and it just comes to show that "Peaceful" Protests aren't always what they seem to be.

I think you're right about that too.  (I didn't notice that at first.)

Looking at it now, it looks like when the girl in yellow raises her arm, she makes a covered path for the other girl to slip her lighter through underneath, and the one in yellow also distracts anyone who might be looking by yelling something and shaking her hand around up over the attacked girl's head.

Might’ve even handed her the lighter. Handed her something, just before raising her arm to hide her accomplice lighting the girl’s hair on fire, then appears to smack her on the back of her cap while it’s being lit to distract her.

And btw, yellow coat was a witnesses as she looked straight down at the lighter as it happened. She never said a word or pointed out the suspect. They’ll have to pick up yellow coat too. She likely knows the suspect.

Plaster those two faces all over the Internet. Their images are very clear and they can easily be found. Maybe Trump can convince them to do their jobs.☺

Yellow jacket is the witness who failed to say a word and likely knows the suspect who is wearing the blue and white knit cap. That individual needs to be taken off the streets. They couldn't ask for better pics of these two.

Yellow jacket has the deader eyes of the two. Wouldn’t be surprised to learn she has a lengthy record, assuming she’s been in this country for any length of time and assuming that she even has a fixed ID. They’re both probably flight risks.

If you follow the vid on Liveleak frame-by-frame, there is no doubt who was responsible - the female in the blue and white hat. Her sleeve cuffs match those with the lighter, and no one else was wearing anything similar. I would say that video alone is enough evidence for a court of law. It is possible she borrowed the lighter from the bag of the woman in yellow.
