Senator Dan Coats (R-IN) asked Koskinen about the process, and for the commissioner to explain the logic behind giving tax refunds to illegal aliens who have committed a theft of a tax-payers identification number.
Koskinens response, according to the Washington Examiner, was that it was in everybodys interest to have the illegal aliens pay taxes with stolen ids.

To sum up his response, the IRS is okay with a person from another country sneaking into America without using the legal immigration process, obtaining a Social Security Number illegally, filing a tax-return, and then receiving money back in the form of a tax-refund.
I wonder why he thinks it only stops there?
TOTAL PROOF we need Term Limits NOW!!!
One term in office,
TWO Terms in JAIL!!
another (feeble, ridiculous) attempt to justify Obama’s stolen Soc Security account number
and using it for official, governmental, or idenfication purposes
illegal aliens often try to steal other people’s identity numbers, accounts
Translation: As long as the Federal government makes a buck, everything’s ok.
Above and beyond the corruption and illegality, trouble is he’s also OK with that illegal alien filing a claim of disability or receiving a Social Security retirement check with that stolen number, too.
The Big Secret that everyone knows is that Illegal Aliens use Real Americans’ SSNs to file and pay taxes.
The IRS / Dems / Uniparty love the revenue.
Please come back Joe. Please.
Well, Obama stole his Social Security number. So there’s that.
Of course it’s OK.
Your post makes no sense.
John Koskinen and the other members of the IRS Commission should be among the first group in the Traitorobama kakistocracy who are tried, convicted, sentenced, and hanged for giving aid and comfort to the enemy.
SSA has known about this sh!t since they started using computers. The easiest thing to do in a data base is to separate out particular data fields to yield answers to questions to anything one wants to ASK!
They know, they’ve known and they always will know how many effing illegals are using false account numbers, numbers appropriated from legitimate owners and those that will come. There is no dispute about this that has any basis in truth.
The REASON they don’t do a damn thing about it is because of the added revenue (supposedly with no liability) it all provides. The ugly truth is they KNOW! They KNOW! who, where and whatfor every one of these illegals do and where they are. They ALSO cordon off those accounts to keep track of all the payments made by illegals to a particular number owned by a real American SO THAT THEY DO NOT GET CREDIT for the contribution and an increased payout.
MARTHA FARGING BASTIGES. I’d string up every one of them sumbiches at SSA. They dodged a bullet now because we’ll likely not have some blanket amnesty that will allow all these criminals to get legalized and push for SS credit later on. A bunch of damned criminals in this government if you ask me.
They aren’t using it to pay taxes, they are filling to get an Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC). They only declare enough to qualify and the balance of their income stays under the table.
Sure it’s OK.. as long as it’s not THEIR SS # being stolen.
Nothing really unusual there. The IRS requires you to report all income, regardless of source, even illegal ones.
They are not law enforcement and enjoy the “privilege” of not having to adhere to the 5th Amendment. Since they are exempt (i.e. they CAN require you to admit to a crime by forcing you to declare the proceeds of that crime), they can’t report that crime.
OTOH, failure to report correctly IS a crime and if you don’t report ill-gotten gains, they CAN and DO prosecute.
It sounds a bit crazy, and it is - but this is how they have brought down some of the big crime bosses.
