I've been in the sheet metal business for the same length of time, and have seen the same quality issues coming out of China.
I only know of one supplier in my trade that exclusively uses U.S. sourced metals to make their products. They get 99% of our business.
This is good news for the depressed McKeesport PA area. Let’s hope the steelworkers appreciate the new company and don’t try to drive it out of business with insane union rules.
