Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton lost the presidential race against President-elect Donald Trump in November, and a Friday report from Politico asserts supermarket tabloids are to blame.
Media reporter Jack Shafer asserts that the sheer volume of anti-Clinton reporting from tabloids, Fox News and Breitbart was just too much for Democrats to fight effectively during the course of the campaign.
Shafer acknowledges that no one really reads tabloids like The National Enquirer and The Globe, citing the fact that Enquirer only has a weekly circulation of 342,071 issues, down significantly from the publication’s height of 5.9 million issues during the 1970s

That might be an interesting chapter in history books in the future (assuming DJT saves us and there is a future). What kind of forces were at play that had Romney throw the election and schemed to have Jeb as their next Republican nominee? Everyone keeps talking about her weak campaign. If she had been out and about she probably would have lost bigger. I think she thought she had it sewn up and also knew that the more people see of her the more they dislike her. Lol
She never ever campaigned on an issue stating what she would or would not do. All we got was that she was a woman, that she had all this experience and therefor was qualified, entitled to be our supreme leader and that she was not him.
She never addressed the fact that she was unlikable, a library, not trust worthy and her voice sounds like finger nails on a chalk board.
I kept track of it and when ever she was off the campaign trail due to debate prep, her poll numbers went up. When she was on the news at various events, her poll numbers would sink.
Her team assumed they would get Obama voter turn out like 2012 and anybody with half a clue and a decent pair of eyes knew that was never. Going to happen.

Catch-22.
The more she campaigned, in person, the more swing voters she lost.
They had to pay people to show up at the few in-person events she would appear at with her ever-present medic, injector at the ready, ambulance-on-standby, and specially outfitted medical van reinforcing the ill-health stories the LSM kept burying.
That's not to mention collapsing at the 9/11 memorial ceremony.
The optics were not good, and besides, "she was entitled to be the first woman POTUS".

You forgot voter fraud. It’s not so much that the black vote didn’t turn out but the extra fraud votes in their communities didn’t show either. Philly, Detroit, etc
