An investigator who was commissioned by now-retired Sheriff Joe Arpaio to find out whether the document President Obama presented as his birth certificate is real says there’s now a 10th feature of the document that shows it’s fraudulent.
Investigator Mike Zullo, who joined with Arpaio in a Dec. 15 news conference disclosing nine other elements that experts concluded were copied to create Obama’s document, released a video to WND explaining the additional evidence.
It explains that two stamps on the Obama document not only were identical in angle to the stamps on another birth certificate – that of Johanna Ah’nee from the same time period – they also had the identical vertical relationship.
This despite the fact that the “stamps” purportedly were hand applied days apart.
“What are the odds that both the stamps in box 20 and the stamps in box 22 would have the exact same corresponding angles even though they were stamped 16 days apart?” the video asks.
That means they almost certainly were digitally copied from the Ah’nee certificate then dragged together and pasted onto Obama’s, the video explains.
Zullo explained that the fact the two stamps are an exact match vertically reveals that they were taken as a group.
“The fact that there is no vertical displacement indicates the exact vertical and horizontal alignment of the stamps are an exact copy from the Ah’nee certificate … reinforcing the claim that the Ah’nee [document] is without question a source document.”
It eliminates, too, he said, any chance that the date stamps were placed by hand on the Obama document.

Both state and federal courts have issued judicial OPINIONS that Obama is a natural born citizen. No court has ever issued an opinion that he is not a natural born citizen.

Obama’s attorney in the Georgia eligibility “trial on the merits” introduced a copy of his birth certificate into evidence. That copy came from the Hawaii Department of Health. The Alabama Democrat Party submitted a copy of Obama’s birth certificate in a “Friend of the Court (Amicus) brief” to the nine elected and all Republican Justices of the Alabama Supreme Court in an Obama eligibility challenge with Beth Chapman, the Republican Secretary of State in the deep red state of Alabama as the defendant. There is no legal requirement that any presidential candidate show a birth certificate to anyone ever.
There is a requirement that the party the candidate files in has to certify his eligibility and you know it. Nancy pelosie filed two different certifications, the last one removed the most important requirement and certified he was eligible. He was not and never will be. Maybe you could post in all caps or large print that often changes the facts.

Obama posted a copy his official Hawaii birth certificate on the Internet in June of 2008.
If anyone needs to see the vault copy birth certificate, a court order or a congressional subpoena can release it for inspection under the provisions of Hawaii Revised Statutes 338-18.
Obama’s attorneys provided certified copies of his birth certificate for judges in Georgia and Mississippi. In Mississippi they also included a Certified Letter of Verification from the Hawaii Registrar along with the copy of the birth certificate.
If Obama alone produced a birth certificate, those who think that he is ineligible would not trust it. It had always been best, as the Federal Rules of Evidence require, that “Best Evidence” is a certified copy of a public record that bears a certification stamp and seal and comes directly from the issuing agency.
Congress established the Federal Rules of Evidence as the way to determine if a public record is accorded “Full Faith and Credit” under the Constitution.
Federal Rule of Evidence 902 says:

The following items of evidence are self-authenticating; they require no extrinsic evidence of authenticity in order to be admitted:
(1) Domestic Public Documents That Are Sealed and Signed. A document that bears:

The state of Hawaii, with a Republican administration in 2008 had no problem with Nancy Pelosi’s certification of Obama’s eligibility. Every state in the Union approved Obama in 2008 and again in 2012. Each state has its own requirements for ballot eligibility. For example, in Arizona, Obama himself had to sign a notarized form stating that he was a natural horn citizen.

My birth certificate was hand written on a state provided form, that data was submitted t microfiche and subsequently when it became possible it was digitized but my first copy was a photostat of the hand written document. When I needed a replacement it was printed on a new form with the information from the microfiche with an embossed stamp asserting to be a true copy.
I don't know if they have anything on file for Barak, but the document he posted on line was a fraud, period, end of story.

Every person born in Hawaii who requests a copy of their birth certificate gets the exact same form that Obama got. With that Certification of Live Birth, anyone can get a U.S. passport. The short form computer print out abstract is the official birth certificate of the state.
Because it helped him politically, in 2011 Obama then got a copy of his long form to use in the 2012 election.
The “Health Bureau Statistics” column in the Honolulu Advertiser and Star-Bulletin newspapers published on August 13, 1961 and again on August 14, 1961 corroborated what is on the birth certificate.

Question: What is the state’s policy for issuing a “Certification of Live Birth” versus a “Certificate of Live Birth”? My first, second and fourth children received certificates, but my third and fifth children received certifications. Why the difference? The certificate contains more information, such as the name of hospital, certifier’s name and title; attendant’s name and title, etc. The certification has only the child’s name, date and time of birth, sex, city/island/county of birth, mother’s maiden name, mother’s race, father’s name and father’s race. Why doesn’t the state just issue certificates? When did it stop issuing certificates? Is it possible to obtain certificates for my third and fifth children?
Answer: No, you can’t obtain a “certificate of live birth” anymore.
The state Department of Health no longer issues copies of paper birth certificates as was done in the past, said spokeswoman Janice Okubo.
The department only issues “certifications” of live births, and that is the “official birth certificate” issued by the state of Hawaii, she said.
The reason for this is, as I had already guessed, the fact that Hawaii was one of the first states to move towards an electronic reporting system.
Okubo explained that the Health Department went paperless in 2001.
“At that time, all information for births from 1908 (on) was put into electronic files for consistent reporting,” she said.
Information about births is transferred electronically from hospitals to the department.
“The electronic record of the birth is what (the Health Department) now keeps on file in order to provide same-day certified copies at our help window for most requests,” Okubo said.
Asked for more information about the short-form versus long-form birth documents, Okubo said the Health Department “does not have a short-form or long-form certificate.”
“The birth certificate form has been modified over the years and decades to conform to national standards and models,” she said.
Okubo also emphasized the certification form “contains all the information needed by all federal government agencies for transactions requiring a birth certificate.”
She added that the U.S. Supreme Court has recognized the state’s current certification of live birth “as an official birth certificate meeting all federal and other requirements.”
The issue of what constitutes an official Hawaii birth certificate received national attention during last year’s presidential campaign. Those who doubted Barack Obama’s American citizenship called the copy of the Hawaii birth document posted on his campaign Web site a fake.
Asked about that document, Okubo said, “This is the same certified copy everyone receives when they request a birth certificate.”

An allegation of forgery is nothing in the absence of a grand jury investigation. In six years no one has ever turned over any evidence of forgery to a prosecutor so that a grand jury panel composed of average Americans could get a look at the evidence, there is no forgery, just an allegation.
Every copy and the digital image has had the exact same data which has been verified by the Hawaii Registrar of Vital Statistics.
Obama could have had his daughter Sasha do a crayon drawing of his birth certificate and he could have put that drawing on the whitehouse.gov web site. There is nothing illegal about it. A PDF image of a birth certificate is not a birth certificate, its for demonstration purposes. Real birth certificates come directly from the issuing agency like the one that Judge Mahili received in Georgia and the one provided to Judge Wingate in Mississippi.

1) Article IV, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution explicitedly makes public records a state’s right.
“Full Faith and Credit shall be given in EACH State to the public Acts, RECORDS, and judicial Proceedings of every other STATE. And the Congress may by general Laws prescribe the Manner in which such Acts, RECORDS and Proceedings shall be proved, and the Effect thereof.”
2) Congress has passed laws to implement the “Full faith and credit clause”:

Such Acts, RECORDS and judicial proceedings or COPIES thereof, so authenticated, shall have the same full faith and credit in every court within the United States and its Territories and Possessions as they have by law or usage in the courts of such State, Territory or Possession from which they are taken.
3) The U.S. Supreme Court and Congress jointly established the Federal Rules of Evidence. Two of those rules relate directly to Barack Obama’s birth certificate:

When you put all of the above together, the reason that there was never any serious legal challenge to Obama’s birth certificate is because whatever the state of Hawaii says is an official birth vital record of that state MUST be accepted in every other jurisdiction. Because Obama’s birth certificate has an official Seal and a certification signature, it is “self-authenticated.”
In addition, the state of Hawaii has issued Certified Letters of Verification for Obama’s birth certificate.

Copies of the birth certificate with the seal and certification signature can and have been used in courts of law to prove the content of the orignal vital record and that is permissible under federal law and the laws of every state.
Obama has known since June of 2007, when he first ordered a copy of his birth certificate from the Hawaii Department of Health that his copies were all that he would ever need. He used this “issue” to embarrass, denigrate and force Republicans to defend him, which many did.

There are only two pieces of data on a birth certificate that relate to Article II, Section 1 eligibility: place of birth and date of birth.

You cannot see the official seal on a PDF image on a computer screen. That Seal (along with the certification signature) is what make a birth vital record legitimate.
I am talking about actual hard copies of the birth certificate that have been sent directly from the Hawaii Department of Health to courts and judges.
If you are trying to remove someone from the presidency who has already received a majority of the votes of the Electors certified by both Houses of Congress, its best to have evidence a high crime and/or misdemeanors.
We are discussing the result of an investigation by a law enforcement official.
