Do you own your original birth certificate or do you have a copy of your original that was provided to you by a governmental entity?
Obama posted a copy his official Hawaii birth certificate on the Internet in June of 2008.
If anyone needs to see the vault copy birth certificate, a court order or a congressional subpoena can release it for inspection under the provisions of Hawaii Revised Statutes 338-18.
Obama’s attorneys provided certified copies of his birth certificate for judges in Georgia and Mississippi. In Mississippi they also included a Certified Letter of Verification from the Hawaii Registrar along with the copy of the birth certificate.
If Obama alone produced a birth certificate, those who think that he is ineligible would not trust it. It had always been best, as the Federal Rules of Evidence require, that “Best Evidence” is a certified copy of a public record that bears a certification stamp and seal and comes directly from the issuing agency.
Congress established the Federal Rules of Evidence as the way to determine if a public record is accorded “Full Faith and Credit” under the Constitution.
Federal Rule of Evidence 902 says:
Rule 902. Evidence That Is Self-Authenticating
The following items of evidence are self-authenticating; they require no extrinsic evidence of authenticity in order to be admitted:
(1) Domestic Public Documents That Are Sealed and Signed. A document that bears:
(A) a seal purporting to be that of the United States; any state, district, commonwealth, territory, or insular possession of the United States; the former Panama Canal Zone; the Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands; a political subdivision of any of these entities; or a department, agency, or officer of any entity named above; and
(B) a signature purporting to be an execution or attestation.
4) Certified Copies of Public Records. A copy of an official record — or a copy of a document that was recorded or filed in a public office as authorized by law — if the copy is certified as correct by:
(A) the custodian or another person authorized to make the certification; or
(B) a certificate that complies with Rule 902(1), (2), or (3), a federal statute, or a rule prescribed by the Supreme Court.

The state of Hawaii, with a Republican administration in 2008 had no problem with Nancy Pelosi’s certification of Obama’s eligibility. Every state in the Union approved Obama in 2008 and again in 2012. Each state has its own requirements for ballot eligibility. For example, in Arizona, Obama himself had to sign a notarized form stating that he was a natural horn citizen.

No he didn't or else I would not respond to your B$. My birth certificate was hand written on a state provided form, that data was submitted t microfiche and subsequently when it became possible it was digitized but my first copy was a photostat of the hand written document. When I needed a replacement it was printed on a new form with the information from the microfiche with an embossed stamp asserting to be a true copy.
I don't know if they have anything on file for Barak, but the document he posted on line was a fraud, period, end of story.
Produce something that was introduced as proof in any of those 100 court cases, or shut up. You can't because none exists, but plenty of evidence proves he is a fraud. Now trot on over to DU and leave me the h3ll alone.
