One couple found a way to make Manhattan affordable: not paying rent on their Chelsea loft for six years. Digital-content producers Zachary Bennett and Karen Nourse quit paying the $4,754.02 monthly rent on their West 26th Street place back in 2010, according to a lawsuit.
They owe $410,000 in rent and electric charges, their landlord claims.

Chelsea Clinton never made an honest penny in her life. So yes, in a way she is a deadbeat.

Wait till they leave. Pop a ceiling tile near entryway, punch a hole in the wall and drop in a few dead rats.
Wait a couple days for it to start smelling. Call health dept. They will condemn building. Wont allow anyone back in for at least a month.

Not to mention that about 40% of apartment units in Manhattan are “rent stabilized”, i.e. tenants pay below-market rent.

I would bet that the place is flammable. That would most likely lead back to the landlord, plus it's a deadly risk. There are non-lethal methods. One of which is to target the tenants away from the site. With a loss of $5000 monthly rent, one can buy a fix that cuts further losses to a few months.

I don't get it either. But he found a great niche and he's making bank. You gotta ride that pony til it bucks you off. I found out about him during a
South Park episode.

there are people who can make 70k+ doing just youtube videos.
But the rent alone is over $56K per year...

And I claim their landlord is a d*mn liberal fool who needs to go to school, not the NYC cr@p he apparently attended.
He had 5-1/2 years to notice losing nearly 1 half-million dollars?

Explain image search?
****************
Sorry can't help you there. But my guess is they contain Bennett and Karen Nourse images
since the search was “Bennett and Karen Nourse” and maybe any of the three other names individually,
Bennett - Karen - Nourse.

I’m glad I’m in Ohio. Of course it’s just an apartment complex but I served an eviction notice on someone Thursday evening and our attorney will file papers Tuesday before noon.
