These creeps are cheating another person on money due them. They’re stealing. They are morally void.
I am skeptical of the story at the moment. I can’t find their company or their names listed as a defendant in a NY Supreme Court case. While Landlord-Tenant cases have been known to drag their feet, I’m hard-pressed to believe that they *just* filed this case.
