Former Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton is “talking about” running for New York City mayor, Newsmax reports.
It has only been 57 days since President-elect Donald Trump defeated Clinton. During the election slog, Clinton, 69, collapsed getting into a Secret Service van, had multiple coughing fits during speeches and seemed to have trouble walking up steps at a rally in Lake Worth, Fla.
“If she ran, she’d win,” a Newsmax source said.
She was a New York senator from 2001 to 2009. During that time, her popularity peaked at 60 percent in 2001 and ping-ponged from as low as 47 percent in December 2002 to 57 percent in 2005 and then back down to 48 percent in May 2008 when she conceded the Democratic nomination to then-Sen. Barack Obama.

I can’t think of a more deserving city. Let her finish destroying what is left of the city after the current commie leaves.
What good would it do for her to become Mayor? Even if she drove every Jew out of New York at gunpoint on day one, it wouldn’t come close to paying back the debt she owes Saudi Arabia and Qatar. She needs the power of the Presidency to do that.

I heard that the guy who lives in the penthouse of the Trump Towers has taken a new job out-of-town. Maybe Hillary could inquire there.

NYC is a sanctuary city & Trump is withdrawing Federal funds from such status places.
Let’s see how Shrillary manages a city the size of NYC with all the BLM issues, and NO Federal money to run the ghettos (housing projects) , welfare, schools, etc.

Maybe Hillary knows that deBlasio is going to be indicted and may not run for a second term. But mayor of NYC would give her access to activists and money, both of which will be helpful when she runs in 2020. I believe unless her health
really heads south, she will run in 2020.
I don't think de Blasio will go quietly, but if she thinks she can get him out of the way, she might go for it. A lot of NYC residents might feel compelled to vote for Hillary to "make it up to her" after she got "cheated" out of the presidency. That being said, I still think it's a long shot. The 2016 election was Hillary's last hurrah as a powerful force within the Democrat Party. Whether she knows it or not, she's done. If she runs for office again, she'll be viewed like a once great athlete who hangs on too long in a futile effort to regain their past greatness, and instead, only embarrasses themselves.

I agree with your observations-but if she runs for mayor of NYC and is elected by voters who want to “make it up to her,”
she will be embolded to run again. After all she was cheated out the Presidency by Russian hackers.
