The future First Lady of the United States set the tone for a fashion-forward 2017 when she stepped out on New Year’s Eve in a seriously chic Dolce & Gabbana dress. Melania Trump wore the bow-front scoop-neck cocktail dress in one of her favorite colors — trusty black.

She’s definitely improved since the early days of her marriage; she had some tacky/gaudy/tasteless outfits at times.

When I worked for Four Seasons, we had strict rules for dress because the clientele — much of it “old money” — expected “classic”. Nothing gauche. No more than one ring on each hand (wedding set counted as one). Only one bracelet (wearing many together was “in” then). Only one necklace. No dangling earrings, and earrings no larger than a nickel.
Yes; very nice. She’s usually so serious. Her smile is gorgeous and I hope she’ll be able to smile more when/if things settle down and they’re not constantly under attack.

Washington loved parties and the company of women. Many see Washington as a stoic and unapproachable figure, but in reality he was a man who loved entertainment and the company of others. There are many accounts of his dancing late into the night at various balls, cotillions, and parties. He loved theater and attended plays of all sorts throughout his life.

The atrocious "Boob Belt" that was an early wardrobe accessory and an important part of Queen Moochie's unique signature fashion style.
Many thought of them as WWA prize belts.
To some they looked suspiciously like ammunition belts.
Others simply see them as Klingon Death Belts.

Something to be said for that economic theory. But we all know that in a poor or prosperous economy, all men prefer the higher hemline.
