Nine managers who were fired by Whole Foods supermarkets for allegedly manipulating a bonus program have filed a class-action lawsuit against the grocery chain.
The lawsuit filed this week in D.C. Superior Court says the managers were fired for blowing the whistle on a company-wide practice of not paying bonuses earned by employees. The former managers say Whole Foods engaged in "systemic wage theft" at its stores nationwide and that the managers were punished for it after a "sham internal investigation."

Not in the WF where I live. You can't find someone to talk to in the store, let alone get something. After seeing them fire all the good employees I hope Wegmans puts them out!
Ditto.
John stossel focused on them in a health insurance focused segment a few years before Obamacare. It greatly increased my respect for the company.
They have the highest prices anywhere.
There is always corruption in big organizations like that, but at least they try to do an excellent job. I have always like Whole Foods but know that there always will be some corruption.....that is why whistleblowers are so essential. They are the ones getting killed now—like in the DNC—and like all the dead bodies found in the corrupt, drug-running, AIDS blood-running corrupt Arkansas when Clinton was governor.
Any wealthy company will be bribed and destroyed if they don’t “promote” the proper “narrative” of the evil Leftists, since they have total control of the White House, DC, MSM and the “Justice” System for the last 20 years. Hopefully, Trump will set us Free to be somewhat honest again, without this cartel-bribed system of corruption that has a death grip on American business today.
I don’t wish to spend what they charge at that store.
You got that right! There is none!...............
They have to keep their prices low somehow...
It’s not called “Whole Paycheck” for nothing!
I can’t shop at Whole Foods, the sight of seeing $30/lb steaks being paid for by EBT cards is not tolerable.
I happen to have boycotted Whole Foods for more than a decade...and here's why conservatives SHOULD be boycotting them!
Whole Foods is STILL on the boycott list for giving $ to Planned Parenthood (link below dated late April 2016): Pro-Life Group Lists Every Company Backing Planned Parenthood
Life Decisions Intl has been the org monitoring CorpAmerica the longest on Planned Parenthood connections, and explained that Whole Foods was simply too libertarian when it came to refraining to tell their stores to stop giving to Planned Parenthood at the local level:
LDI singled out longtime boycott target Whole Foods Market for special attention. "Whole Foods Market has been misleading pro-life consumers for many years. Statements from the Company vary, depending on who is doing the talking at the time," LDI Director of Communications Ken Garvey. "Whole Foods has been emphasizing that it does not support Planned Parenthood at the corporate level, but it does do so on the local level. Corporate officials are telling pro-life advocates it is acceptable to shop at Whole Foods if their particular local market does not give to Planned Parenthood. As one Whole Foods officials said, 'As I explain to many of the people you encourage to boycott us, check with your local store and see if they donate. Many are happy with this.'"
"We are surprised that any pro-life consumer would fail to see how they are being manipulated by Whole Foods," Garvey said. "Whole Foods could put an immediate stop to support of Planned Parenthood if the chief executive officer chose to do so. Would the 'decentralized giving program' excuse be acceptable to the Humane Society if a local market chose to make a donation to support dog fighting. Certainly not. Corporate headquarters would put an immediate stop to it. Pro-lifers should view Planned Parenthood in the same way."
Garvey noted that Whole Foods stores located in liberal areas are supporting the pro-abortion group while those in more conservative areas are pleading ignorance and innocence. "It is foolhardy to buy into the idea that one may shop at Whole Foods if their local store claims it is not funding Planned Parenthood," he said. "Every pro-life consumer who accepts this 'reasoning' is doing great damage to the Pro-Life Movement in general and the Corporate Funding Project in particular."

Agreed.
Thank you.
The quality of food varies by state. The Whole Foods near Dulles Airport in Virginia has excellent food at a good price. I have not had a chance to go there recently. But they had the best oatmeal, poached salmon, and other dishes.
