Well of course. Trump has just committed blasphemy against the liberal religions of inclusion, diversity and "we should all get along an work out our problems together in a spirit of comradely love before blaming America for everything."
The fact is that 90% of adults worldwide would agree with what he just said.

“...ove before blaming America for everything.”
Don’t you mean, Israel instead of (or with) America?

Oh yeah, I forgot about Israel. Consider my quote suitably modified.

This needed to be said.
And I’m sure Mr. Trump will have more to say in the coming months and years about the institution that we fork over untold billions to support.

The UN is an idealistic dream. Unfortunately human nature in the form of greed, quest for power, etc. makes this organization worst than useless as it will never come together to work for the better of mankind as at least half the world is wants domination of mankind.
The same way the Democrat party works.

Leaving the UN isn’t going to happen. A permanent member of the security council is too powerful to give up to competitors.
What Trump just did was to turn the spotlight on the organizations uselessness and a cushy cushy job for many members.
Just like Nato, we’ll soon start hearing about organizational introspection with declarations of change.

And Trump is from NY—he knows whereof he speaks.
To: Eleutheria5
right now it is just a club for people to get together, talk and have a good time. It's probably always been that, but in 1945 nearly ever member of Congress was fooled into backing this UN as the means to bring about "world peace" even though its precursor had failed to do so. Trump has set an impossible hurdle for Haley to overcome. Wonder why Haley wanted the job?

I doubt more than 20 percent would agree with Trump on this. People truly believe the UN “promotes world peace” even though it doesn’t. It’s part of the psychological manipulation of the uninformed.

Trump should only refer to the the UN resolution as:
“the Obama Israel Doctrine.”
Words matter.

The United Nations has such great potential...
That part should be left out.
It doesn’t and never will.

The UN, like DC, is another swamp that needs to be drained.
In the case of the UN, stop all funding and tell it to get out of the USA.

Like a rabid animal, shoot it and put it out of our misery.
