For all you sado-masochists.....
One thing I despised about her every time I saw her was those little heels she used to wear. There’s a picture of her in those in this collection. It is unexpressable how much I am glad that she lost. God truly looked out for us this time.
The Washington Post is clearly in deep, profound mourning.
Their tears, they nourish me.
It.
Wasn’t.
Enough.
“Part of an overflow crowd waits for former secretary of state Hillary Clinton, accompanied by Sen. Cory Booker (D-N.J.), to speak at a Methodist church in Florence, S.C., on Feb. 25. (Melina Mara/The Washington Post)”
I thought it was illegal to campaign in a church.
Oh, only for conservatives, Democrats are allowed to ignore all laws and regulations.
That’s nice.
Artsy fartsy - but many are not very flattering.
Lol...black and white - like the old Nazi rally photos.
As a former professional photo journalist, these are good photos. No matter who you are covering, being out on the trail is boring and you have to keep thinking of new ways to make pictures. Different angles, different lenses, etc. are the tools in the chest that allow for stuff like this.
Too bad she is the antichrist.

Nothing pictures all in black & white, what exactly was the point of this article. No need to answer as it is just a rhetorical question anyway.
I’ve given up reading my free articles at the Compost in the last couple of months, but funny, I felt compelled to look at these. It’s just another pompous photo essay that, like anything else, was carefully orchestrated and designed to show you not the real Hillary Clinton, but the one they want you to see. In other words, yet another nothing burger.
Idiots on parade!!!!
In the age of digital printing where color is no more costly than black and white, the choice to show them in monotones can only be ascribed to effect as you note. It recasts the “photojournalism” of the article as “photoeditorializing” and dispenses with any attempt at objectivity. The piece is simply an excercise in hagiography.
That’ll be Hillary and Huma in about six months...
They actually post a picture of her cankles?
Evil Eye.....................
The slobbering love affair of the main stream media on full display. She lost. Move on!!
The attempt at hagiography failed (no pun intended). The artsy, retro b/w pics were clearly intended to create an “historical” impression, and the collection would end up in a coffee-table book - with a forward by Hillary Clinton herself - to be passed down for generations.
